The man assisting us very helpful. I got a case of hives and am going out of my mind and they had paracetamol, ibuprofen, loratadine...EVERYTHING I needed. Even got contact solution too!

The pharmacist spoke English and was very knowledgeable with respect medications and diagnosing the best prescription(s) and OTC medicine. He listened carefully before suggesting alternatives. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I have bought medicine here many times—the quality is good, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful

The pharmacity chain engages in fraudulent practices, distributing counterfeit, expired, and imitation goods. Most alarmingly, after purchasing online, I received a product with a tampered label—clear evidence of a fake item. Despite reaching out multiple times, their customer service refused to take responsibility, denied an exchange or refund, and completely ignored all follow-ups. This experience reflects not only a lack of integrity but also deliberate deceit. Strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this seller.

Truly next level. An icon for Pharmacity. Brand destruction as an art form

Terrible staff lacking medical knowledge and scamming their buyer. I asked the staff for a remedy to help with my rashes due to my alcohol intolerant and I requested a pill of sort as all of them had proven to be effective for me. A staff there said there's no such pill available and recommended me some random liquid medicine that's, according to her, "asked for by everyone who had come to the store looking to help with the same condition". Ever since I had consumed the medicine, my condition hasn't improved and it's already been a couple of days, unlike the pills I had had before and when I tested with those very same pill I usually buy (Borganic), it worked immediately after 1 night of sleep. The "remedy" she recommended costed more than a few pills that solved my problem in a single day. I don't recommend anyone trusting medical advice from this place, or at least avoid listening to the evening staff as they're the ones who scammed me (even if the other medical staff were acknowledgable, they didn't intervene when I was given advice by their colleague). Know your stuff, buy it and get out or they will lure you into buying something expensive without helping a single thing.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pharmacy City in Le Thanh Ton, Ho Chi Minh City. I came in with a very basic and temporary constipation issue, but instead of recommending a simple stool softener, the pharmacist tried to sell me many unnecessary medications and supplements without properly asking about my condition or allergies. The total cost became very expensive, and I later realized most of the products were not even suitable for my needs. I felt pressured into buying complete packages when I only needed a simple solution. Customers should be careful and double-check what is being recommended before purchasing.

I showed them the machine specifications, but they still sold me a medication that isn’t compatible. This is a bad shop. Since it isn’t compatible with the machine, this reflects a lack of knowledge that could negatively affect a person’s health.
