  My family have used service of Anh Nguyen for 7 years. They help me find a good apartment of Midtown 2 times. Whenever need help related to the apartment repair, they always response fast. And during Covid pandemic, they especially provive my family a lot helpful support and information.

  I have been a client of Anh Nguyen for the last 6 years and have used their services twice to rent apartments in PMH. They understand my needs very well and shortlisted the houses accordingly and were extremely responsive both during the renting process and as well as after I rented the house. Anh is a deal closer and helped me negotiate the rental that worked for both the landlord and me. Highly recommend their services if you are looking at D7, especially PMH as a place to rent.

  Stayed in a place like this in D7 and it just… worked. Nothing flashy, but the vibe was right - quiet street, soft lighting at night, felt easy to come back to after a long day. You don’t really notice it at first, but after a few days it kind of grows on you. Anh helped me find it. We’ve worked together before so they already knew what I like, didn’t waste time sending random options. Just a few that actually made sense. Super responsive too, not just during the search but even after I moved in when small things came up. Also solid on the negotiation side, didn’t overcomplicate it, just got it to a point where both sides were fine and we moved on. If you’re looking around PMH / D7, I’d go through them again. Easy process, no friction.
