If anyone runs into issues in the future, it’s better to file a complaint or work directly with the local authorities rather than relying on the management company. They tend to protect their own staff, not the residents. Their employees are trained and experienced, and they can be very manipulative—most people without much experience will find it hard to argue with them. I hope that one day the parent company in the U.S. will read these comments and realize how poorly their staff in Vietnam are performing.

CBRE's service in Vietnam is highly disappointing, as they compromise their reputation for minimal gain. In the Haven Park project (Ecopark Hung Yen), the Building Management Team is almost entirely fictitious. CBRE has only deployed three actual staff members, with the rest being shadow personnel in CBRE uniforms. I believe CBRE's international business should audit this project to maintain their reputation in Vietnam.

Absolutely awful company when it comes to property management. Their approach is to make you feel like a prisoner in your own home. I live at River Panorama, which they manage, and the security team here act like police or prison guards. They do nothing to help you and just seem to make your life difficult. All the residents here feel the same. Don’t expect the guards here to open a door for you if you have boxes. I’ve literally seen them let a pregnant woman struggling and still they did nothing to help. All they do is enforce CBRE’s stupid rules. They limit the number of people you’re allowed to bring to the pool. Stop you parking your bike or entering the building if you have forgotten your keycard. They stop you moving out unless you make a prior request - and even then limit you to moving out on certain days and certain hours. The security staff, for the most part, are rude and unhelpful. They have made my year living here a living Hell. I can’t wait to move out (unfortunately, I might not be able to because the van is turning up in 3 hours time and I still have not been granted “permission” to move out). A full year and they still can’t resolve an issue with the management fee on their stupid app either. Avoid living anywhere managed by this awful team of draconian tyrants. You will be treated like a number and a prisoner in your own home. I’ve never had so many problems as when I lived here. And I’ve never had so many problems met with unsatisfactory solutions or apologies. I think CBRE stands for Completely Bad Regarding Everything. I cannot wait to leave. The biggest joke is that I’m paying over 1.5m in management fees for this horrendous treatment and awful service. What a joke. The most I’ve paid anywhere before is 1/3 of that but the service has been 10,000 times better. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. From now on, anywhere I am considering moving to, the first question I will ask is who is the management company and if it’s CBRE I will turn around on the spot and walk away. In my mind, this company is a great example of everything that is wrong with businesses here.

I'm a resident of the Vista An Phu and CBRE does an appalling job looking after our gym. Three of the four stationery bikes are broken, as are two of the treadmills. Instead of fixing equipment when needed, they seem to wait until everything breaks down before doing...well...nothing. Resident complain like crazy, but they do nothing.

As an ex CBRE employee I am deeply pained to review you badly. My is home managed by you. As a good service provider you don't consider a honest feedback and want to implement your agenda. Why? On whose bidding? We live in New City Dist 2. The pet policy is atrocious, change it I will change my review. We need transparency in accounting, change it I will change my review.

The worst property management company we have encountered in HoChiMinhCity. Poor communication and issues-solving skills, which are important and expected of them, since they claim ''we are the best etc''. The best my ***, like a bunch of retarded people wearing uniform.

Very shady Vietnamese style of management. All feedbacks from residents go down the toilet and never get any replies back. The survey result was the most ridiculous when they get like 100% response rate from residents with extreme results like 90%-10%.

Worst building management service ever. Can't believe how can they last this long. They should be ashamed of themselves and then find a way to do their jobs propperly. Thank to them, our New City Appartment at district 2 now is a mess and all the residents here are tired of them and wish they disappear from our lives as soon as possible.
