  I had an excellent experience renting my apartment through Nguyễn Thanh Huyền, who handled the entire process with exceptional care and professionalism. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and thorough from arranging viewings and explaining every detail clearly, to coordinating with the landlord, confirming payments, and providing proper documentation. As an expat, this level of transparency and kindness meant a lot to me and made the whole process completely stress free. I’d also like to acknowledge Thu Nguyễn, who supported during the viewings alongside Huyền. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most reassuring rental experiences I have had. Highly recommend Nguyễn Thanh Huyền.

  Quốc Khang and Đức Anh both irresponsible persons. Only things they care is to sell fast get deposit, and don't do anything. I do not recommend to work with them at least. Pluses: 1. We still found a good room for me that was under the construction even though Quốc Khang sent me wrong pictures of the first room I wanted. (I asked him many times if the pictures are correct, he said yes. It wasnt like pictures at all) That's all pluses I found Minuses: 1. Sending wrong pictures to advertise first 2. After getting the deposit totally ignoring all the issues/messages as well due to some reasons. 3. With ignoring the messages, they didn't ask my landlord to do all the things that were both in the deposit contract and negotiated in person. Example: I asked to make a hole in the freshly made bathroom so I can install the washing machine. Did Quốc Khang do that? Of course no. Now I have to pay for that with my pocket. Example 2: I asked about the ceiling in the bathroom. Do you think Quốc Khang did tall about that with the landlord? No. Example 3: the bathroom had no hot water. When I signed the deposit the bathroom was just under the construction and I thought it's obvious when it will be done it would have it. It doesn't. I pay again from my pocket. Many other promises like parking lot etc wasn't made until now as qell Any other stuff negotiated wasn't done as well. Now, I have to deal with the landlord by myself and need to pay for everything extra that Quốc Khang and Đức Anh couldn't do because of their irresponsibility. In total, I can't say for company itself but these two agents only care about getting money. They will promise you anything, even write it in the deposit contract, but they will not do that. Don't work with them. UPD: It was told that the landlord would do a registration for me. One month passed, landlord doesn't do shit. He just violets the law. AND AGENCY TOLD ME 100% he will register me. So they don't care anything but just to lie you to get money.

  Nên training lại thái độ làm việc của bạn sales Gia Bảo. Khách đi xem nhiều lần là chuyện đương nhiên, dẫn đi 2 lần xem 3 phòng, 1 phòng thì có mùi, ko vệ sinh; 1 phòng thì quá nhỏ và 1 phòng thì xa chỗ làm nên từ chối. Ấy thế mà chửi khách vì không chốt phòng với lý do không chính đáng. Rất chi là thiếu chuyên nghiệp :)
