  Tommy was our agent in finding our new apartment in HCMC. He listened and understood what we wanted and has given us all the best options based on our requirements.   We're grateful for Việt Trần's support in finding a new apartment. He is a friendly and attentive person. He listened to our needs and interests, and was patient. He showed us several apartments that met our expectations and helped us negotiate a better deal with the landlord. He also understands and speaks English pretty well.   After 2 years of incident free rental, the agent and owner created multiple reasons without any justification or proof to not pay back my deposit. This is a poor, unnecessary and shameless business model and it is agences like Modoho that give the industry a bad name.
