  I left a 5-star review for Realtique after experiencing their service in finding a villa for rent in Thao Dien, District 2. Initially, I contacted them to look for a villa for my foreign boss and his family. The requirements were quite high in terms of location, garden space, privacy, and living standards, with a budget of around USD 5,000. My first impression was that the team responded very quickly and worked in an extremely professional manner. They asked in detail about the actual needs, lifestyle habits, housing standards, and preferred areas before making any recommendations, instead of sending mass listings. Thanks to that, I saved a lot of time filtering options. During the property viewings, Realtique arranged flexible schedules, prepared full information for each villa, and clearly analyzed the pros and cons so I could easily report back to my boss. Once we selected a villa with a beautiful garden that matched all requirements, the team also supported the negotiation of terms, contract review, and provided detailed explanations of the clauses so the foreign client could fully understand them. My boss is very satisfied with the service quality. Thank you Realtique for closely following up and handling special requirements so well. Very trustworthy and highly recommended for long-term cooperation.

  The service and follow up was impressive. Justin Long also spoke fluent English, thìs is especially useful if you do not speak Vietnamese. From property views to property purchase. The process was smooth and well coordinated. Would highly recommend.

  Amazing service. The owner, Mr. KC and his team are very professional and caring. Strongly recommended! They satisfied me with one stop service from: buying, selling, managing, furishing, renting... Wow! This is my 2 bedroom furnished by them in Masteri West Height in Hanoi at very reasonable price and high quality furnishing. Rented out in 1 week! Kudos!

  Thank you for renting out my apartments in both Hanoi and HCMC so fast! The tenants are Korean and nice. They stay for a long time and don’t have any issues. Highly recommended this team to manage your properties.

  I’ve been engaging KC in his professional real estate services since 2019. He’s very resourceful and has been able to source for apartment that I was looking for in the secondary market.   I tried comparing the furnishings from online with what Realtique provides and I have to say they did a better job. I don’t need to go back and forth or register anything with the building, they do everything. Tenants like the quality and the design. They are decent real estate agents that you can work with in both Hanoi and HCMC.
