  2 years ago I happened to know your company's services. I was really surprised by the company's enthusiasm for a difficult customer like me.   THIS IS THE WORST AGENCY THAT I’VE EVER SEEN. We are their customers since 2016 untill now 2024. At the first years, everything was fine. Since 2021, this company has started introduced us the houses with many problems and so dirty with many many cockroaches were running over the house with terrible smell, but Ress didnt help us solve the problem at all... We had to clean up all the house for over 1 month to be cleaned and stop the bad smell.Iit was crazy time for us. After 2years living here. They started told us a lie that onwer wanted to take back the house, but actually she didnt say that. And they said to owner that we wanted to stop renting house but we didnt say it. They were ready to introduce us a new house…We did talked with owner directly and we also received evidences from owner, she was also very shock about the lie of Ress. Why did agency tell a lie to us and owner ? Because when Ress introduces us a new house, they can receive money much more than a current house. We are so disappointed ! But luckily, this agency cant get anything from us because We chose a new agency who works with heart and everything clearly. Warning to People who wants to use this Ress agency, pls becareful !
