  I have lived in Savills- managed apartments for more than 10 years. While some of their staff were extraordinarily good, knowledgeable and interested, most of their staff show the same deficits, so I assume these are due to wrong training or lack of training. 1. Staff are very uninformed und uninterested. Even if you ask for something simple like the next office of the electricity company or the contact number of a handyman they don’t know and cannot be bothered to check it out. Absolutely unhelpful, as “it is not part of my job.” 2. They are masters in deflecting blame. They are not really interested in solving a problem, but only in transferring the blame to somebody else. 3. They will pretend to understand you even if they do not. I would never blame anybody for not speaking English well enough, as my Vietnamese is worse, but to give an answer to a question you do not understand is not the solution. No problem to ask to repeat the question. 4. They will do anything in order to get you to leave them alone. Answers like “ we will call you”, and when you ask if they know your name and apartment number they do not, are common. As said above: they are not interested in helping you, just to get rid of you. 5. They will forget about anything that is not lodged in an official written complaint, and even then you have to repeat your complaint many times before they act. I understand that there are many restrictions to consider, like lack of funds for repairs, staffing etc., but these are things that could be easily solved with better training or better staff choice. Lack of motivation and lack of training is the main problem, and it is shocking that an international company like Savills lacks the ability to handle that.

  The tempered glass in the bathroom suddenly exploded and my daughter was seriously injured. Savills claimed that the design of the bathroom was perfect and that they were not at all responsible for the explosion because they used glass that had passed strict quality control. They totally ignore the fact that the glass exploded, and that there are 1,000 units in Masteri An Phu, and every bathroom is like a ticking time bomb. Be careful. Savills has zero control over this.

  Very annoying agent, phonecalled them and after one lady started to say something in Vietnamese, and I said "Hello" and she just immediately hanged up phone... so rude

  The worst management and real estate company of Vietnam. The team is not well trained and management even worst. They have no clue on how to manage residence with no fairness or compassion on their residents. Just want money for service charge.

  Incompetent staff who display obvious lack of training. I don't understand why Phu My Hung would outsource them as their property manager; totally devalue PMH. Unresolved complaints. Bad management services. Completely disappointed and frustrated.
