  Mr Suzuki and Ms Sany are an absolute exception when it comes to dealing with property agents! They are professional, responsive, patient and most importantly trustworthy! I never got an impression that they are only trying to “do or close a transaction quickly” to earn their commission but rather they try to genuinely help. I was unfortunate to have bought an apartment through a HK agent (Emperor) which was quite the opposite (contact me if you want to learn more). Thankfully through the help of Mr Suzuki and Ms Sany they helped me to not only find a buyer quickly but also guided me through the bureaucratic jungle of the sales process. They have never experienced a property agent where they would spend half the day with me in HCMC at a notary, helping me at my bank to facilitate a smooth proceeds transfer, drive me around, etc. I was frustrated with the process and bureaucracy of the administrative procedures several times but Ms Sany was always polite, helpful and professional in dealing with me and the buyer. She genuinely cared! Therefore I can only highly recommend Mr Suzuki and Ms Sany to anyone dealing with property transactions in Vietnam!

  I felt very fortunate to work with Mr. Suzuki and his team for my apartment search. I had very specific criteria and they provided a great collection of units that satisfied the criteria. They are very knowledgable of the HCM market and the many different localities giving me the information I needed to make the optimal choice for the apartment. They were highly responsive to any queries or requests made, giving me peace of mind. I don't think Mr. Suzuki sleeps. They can communicate through Vietnamese, English, Mandarin and Japanese, quite impressive. I have used other agents and Mr. Suzuki and his team's (Japanese) level of detail and service is unmatched. From the initial introduction to several days after the signing of the lease and handover of the apartment, I was taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in HCM city.

  This has been the most reliable and efficient leasing experience for me by working with Suzuki-san and his team! Not only his expertise in the market but also his efficient working manner impressed me very much. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who’s interested in VN properties.

  会社の4名のエリア移転でお世話になりました。ベトナム人担当のYumiさんの対応が早く、内見、デポジット、契約手続き、入居立ち会いなど、大変スムーズに進みました。 入居後、アフターフォローも対応頂ける点もありがたいです。グループ会社でも数名お世話になり、皆さんの評価も高いです。 鈴木社長の飾らない人柄や、ベトナム住宅事情も色々とお話し伺え、参考になりました。 日系他社にも問い合わせしましたが、対応は遅く、賃貸物件はスピードが重要なので、おすすめの会社です。
