  Hài lòng hơn thuê chủ nhà ở ngoài, thuê qua Cty luôn đc take care từng chi tiết nhỏ và luôn được hỗ trợ các vấn đề phát sinh trong căn hộ, nhân viên nhiệt tình vui vẻ!

  mình từng thuê nhà bên đơn vị này, thực tế các bạn sp rất nhiệt tình, trong quá trình ở có vde gì các bạn cũng rất nhanh chóng xử lý, lần tới nếu mình có nhu cầu chắc chắn sẽ tìm đơn vị này đầu tiên, mà nhà cũng đẹp nữa

  Thuê qua đây cũng được hơn 3 năm rồi, nhân viên quản lí căn hộ hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình và nhanh chóng, giao tiếp với chủ nhà hỗ trợ cũng rất hiêu quả.

  My experience with this management company at the end of my lease was extremely disappointing. They attempted to charge me for numerous damages and fees that I do not believe I was responsible for. They also tried to bill me for items that were already damaged, but when I asked them to provide evidence that I had caused the damage, those charges were withdrawn. Another example was a kitchen issue they tried to attribute to me, even though I had vacated the apartment over a month earlier and had already provided them with the access code so they could show the property to prospective tenants. I even hired my own technician, who found evidence that the kitchen had been unplugged after I moved out. The apartment was not provided to me in a clean condition at the start of my tenancy, yet I was expected to return it in better condition than when I received it. I also believe unnecessary charges were added in an attempt to reduce my bond refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this management company. I found the end-of-lease process to be unfair and unprofessional. My advice to future tenants is to thoroughly document the property's condition at both move-in and move-out and request evidence for any damage claims before agreeing to pay them.

  Be careful when using this company’s services. They rent out properties but expect them to remain in like-new condition, without any wear and tear. When you move out, they will demand unreasonable repairs in order to deduct from your deposit. Renting from this company was the worst decision of my life.

  CẢNH BÁO MỌI NGƯỜI!!! Nếu ai có dự tính thuê nhà của công ty này thì nên cẩn thận. Lúc mời chào cho thuê, họ rất nhiệt tình, nhưng sau đó khi cần hỗ trợ gì họ đều rất chậm trễ. Tay nghề kĩ thuật kém, thay roan vòi nước cũng ko xong, phải gọi kĩ thuật toà nhà nhưng lại báo chi phí cao gấp nhiều lần so với thực tế với chủ nhà. Lúc dọn ra mới là điều lạ. Cho thuê nhà nhưng ko muốn hao mòn, sàn gỗ là cái cần phải chú ý nhất, ko được có 1 chút cong vênh dù trải qua bao nhiêu thời gian nó vẫn phải luôn trông như mới. Mỗi tháng lấy tiền thuê nhà của khách rồi, thì khi họ dọn ra, hao mòn là chuyện tất yếu. Chỉ riêng cty này ko nghĩ vậy. Tôi đồng ý sửa chữa ko có nghĩa là tôi hài lòng, mà tôi chỉ đồng ý vì biết rằng nếu có kháng cự cũng vô ích, họ đang giữ cọc của mình.
