This was my third time dining here as a fan of Cantonese cuisine, particularly dim sum, and the experience was just as impressive as the previous two visits. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it well-suited for family gatherings or meetings with friends. The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. Among what I ordered, the highlights were the Beijing duck rolls and fried rice, Char Siu Pork Man Ho Style, Braised Tofu Sichuan Style, and finally the Crystal Shrimp Rice Roll. I would especially recommend the Crystal Shrimp Rice Roll. True to its name, the dish begins with a delicate crisp layer on top. The shrimp is beautifully cooked and pairs perfectly with the sauce. For those who prefer a slightly saltier taste, the rolls can be dipped into the soy sauce conveniently prepared at the table. The attentive and dedicated service from the staff was also a significant plus, further enhancing our overall dining experience.

Located in Ho Chi Minh City, Kabin Buffet offers a great dining experience with a wide variety of fresh seafood, flavorful hot dishes, grilled meats, and delicious desserts. The food is well-prepared, fresh, and nicely presented. The space is clean, modern, and comfortable, perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends. Staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, it’s excellent quality for the price and definitely worth a visit.

If you're looking for a great Chinese food then this is your spot. My family who eat meat loves every dish, especially the Duck and Pancake, best they've ever had. As a vegan it was still very good. Limited options but the option they had was filling and tasty however would always like more options nonetheless it was great dining experience staff were professional and engaging, very attentive of customers which was very welcoming. Highly recommended to everyone.

First time trying dimsum here and it was fantastic. Food was good and service was lovely. Would recommend dimsum here for someone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Price is a bit higher than other places but this is a 5 star hotel after all.

All the food were fresh and excellent. The best dim sum so far in Ho Chị Minh. Our server Mai and Thu were courteous and friendly. Will definitely return.

Kabin is a reliable choice for Chinese cuisine, with a strong focus on dim sum that feels authentic and carefully prepared. The food quality makes it suitable for both casual meals and group dining. All you can eat serve at 850++k

Kabin Cantonese Restaurant, Ho Chi Minh City ⭐⭐⭐ “A Polished Cantonese Experience with Room to Refine” Kabin immediately impresses from the moment you walk in. The décor strikes a lovely balance between classic Cantonese elegance and modern refinement — the kind of setting that makes you feel a special occasion is already underway even before the food arrives. The service matches the ambiance perfectly; attentive, warm, and professional without being intrusive. The menu offers a solid range of Cantonese classics, and it is clear the kitchen works hard to deliver dishes with character. That said, for those with a more delicate palate, some dishes leaned a touch saltier than expected, and the seasoning at times felt slightly too much and salty — occasionally edging ahead of the natural flavours of the ingredients rather than letting them shine in the understated way that great Cantonese cooking is celebrated for. This is worth noting not as a dealbreaker, but as gentle feedback for a restaurant that clearly has the talent and the setting to be truly exceptional. Cantonese cuisine is beloved precisely for its subtlety and freshness, and pulling back just slightly on the seasoning could elevate the experience significantly. Overall, Kabin is a genuinely enjoyable dining destination in Ho Chi Minh City — beautiful in presentation, gracious in hospitality, and one small culinary adjustment away from being outstanding.

I’m a bit torn because the service was great, the food just didn’t deliver. Dumplings were good, but pork dry, and chicken chewy and bit soggy instead of crispy. Especially for this price I would expect better quality of food
