I’m so sad that I don’t live in Vietnam, because if I did, I would be at this place weekly. We stumbled across it as we are staying around the corner, and were so glad we did. The ambience of the place was dark and moody, with cocktails that were so unique and delicious. The food was unreal, we had to get 2 servings of the talapia sashimi purely for the sauce, it was amazing. The staff were all incredible and attentive, they even gave us a complimentary welcome entree!! Please do yourself a favour, block out a couple hours for nibbles and drinks here.

Highly recommend this spot if you want to impress foreign business partners or experience Vietnamese cuisine reimagined. I recently dined here with my bosses and a business partner, and we were all thoroughly impressed. - The Ambiance: Cozy, quiet, warm, and subtly romantic with a luxurious feel. Perfect for meaningful conversations. - The Food (A Vietnamese Elevation): We ordered 6 tapas, 2 salads, and 1 main. Every single dish was a hit. Must-try items: Salmon Guacamole, Dry-Aged Duck Breast, Beef Skewers, and the incredible Fried Rice with Tây Bắc Braised Beef Short Ribs. - The Service (Standout!): Our waitress was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. She perfectly explained each dish, helped us balance our menu, and recommended an excellent wine pairing. The Verdict: The price is on the higher side, but it is worth every single penny. This restaurant truly deserves more recognition. Will absolutely return!

Best food + service I've experienced in saigon. Came back twice within a few days cause the food was chef kiss. Their crew are very professional, polite, have great eye for details and made their customers really comfortable. Food: i recommend the duck and the fried rice with rib. Everything was fresh and delicious! Very thoughtful of them to ask for our dietary restrictions before our meal. Drinks: they were really nice and took our request (off menu) because we have someone who couldn't drink icy drink. All their drinks are yummy! Atmosphere: love their design choices, with a mâm floating like an ufo. Tables are spaced out just right so i didn't feel too close or overwhelmed by other guests. Great for banter, dates, fancy birthdays, etc. Notes: i hope they expand their vegan/vegetarian options in the future Overall, 10/10! Would love to visit again.

We came back to Mam Mam because there were simply too many incredible dishes left to try. This time, I brought two friends from Taiwan to experience Chef Khoa’s unique creativity and culinary vision. The service was, once again, warm, attentive, and highly professional. If you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City, this place is an absolute must-try!

The restaurant is designed extremely well with a lot of space and unique decor. The menu was also delicious with a fusion aspect to it. The tilapia sashimi was by far the best dish that I ordered. Staff all around was exceptional. Couldn’t get over the open space and the design very elegant. And most important the pricing was extremely affordable relative to the location and menu selection Definitely going again and will recommend

Such a great gem of a restaurant. The appertizer, which was some type of broth cooked with mushrooms and seafood, was such a treat. It had a unique umami flavour. The other dishes were also wonderfully made and offered a wonderful experience. The staff (Ân and Trang) were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Nice contemporary restaurant located in the Nexus building. A bit tricky to find the building and where to park in the basement. Good decor and atmosphere, suitable for a small casual business dinner (more than 8-10 ppl you will have to book a few tables) or a date. Food is of high quality, well presented and delicious however nothing seems to stand out to me. The cocktails are extremely good, I quite liked the one with coconut and rum. Prices are quite high though expected for these kinds of place. Service is decent, servers are attentive however food takes a long time to be served. Worth checking out if you're in the area or just want something on a fancy side.

The whole concept does not work for me, unfortunately. It seems a bit too pretentious, offering ordinary Vietnamese dishes as something much more premium, with a very generic high-end-looking decoration. The dishes are not that good either, most are too salty. The desert is great though, and the staff are helpful and friendly. But overall, definitely not worth the outragous pricing.
