Quince is hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is incredible, but what really sets it apart is the exceptional service. The manager, a fellow Australian, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the start. It’s rare to find that perfect balance of high end dining and genuine, down to earth hospitality, but they nail it here. As for the food absolutely world-class. Every dish cooked over the wood fire was packed with flavor, perfectly executed, and beautifully presented. If you are in Ho Chi Minh City, do yourself a favor and book a table here. Incredible food, great atmosphere, and top tier hospitality. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend brought me here for my 30th birthday dinner and I couldn’t have asked for a better restaurant. The food and service was perfect. Our server, Kenny was attentive and gave excellent recommendations on the food. They even prepared a special menu without and vegetable dishes for me cause I don’t eat vegetables. We had the octopus and truffle mashed potatoes for our starter and were blown away with the cook of the octopus accompanied by a gorgeously well balanced sauce. The mashed potatoes were so addictive we almost ordered a 2nd portion! But the star was the Miso Cod and the Bavette. The Bavette steak was perfect in the cook and flavour, I actually teared and would go as far as to say it is the best steak I’ve had. I barbecue my own steaks so I have very very high standards. Would highly recommend these 4 dishes. Thank you Quince team for this amazing experience, I will be back!

Honestly, if you’ve experienced fine dining in the US and EU, this probably won’t blow you away. However, I think this is solid fine dining if you’re craving more western food & it’s definitely good value. I got a mocktail, an app, main, and dessert for $70. Where I’m from, just the main would be $70! Tried the salmon nori taco, duck, caramel ice cream. The food was pretty good but again nothing exceptional. The ice cream dessert was probably my favorite dish - it was a combination of sweet caramel ice cream with bitter dark chocolate ice cream, the combination was perfect. The little case of goodies at the end is cure too. And the ambience and service definitely deserves 5 stars.

Very delicious food and hospitality/service from Kenny (Sang), his service was perfect The most pleasant surprise was the mash potatoes - super good??????!!!! Very well cooked. The vibes of the place was great too. Highly recommend you reserve on the website or on Google beforehand. The website is better because you can book the main Quince dining hall area while on Google I could only book the Madam Kew venue (it’s the bar, part of their group) but they still serve the same food from Quince. The additional bit is that you get to order all the cocktails and alcohol you love. You can pay by card here too!

I had a perfect birthday dinner here ! They created absolute delicious food. I love the open kitchen restaurant and they have one. The service is great. The staffs are very attentive and knowledgeable. Not a big fun of white wine but asked one of their employees for recommendations as we were eating seafood and it was great. They have the bar upstairs and the vibe is very calm and pleasant. The drinks are great too. You should try if you are looking for French/ modern European cuisine. I will definitely go back there when I’m in Saigon again.

Perfect spot for a Valentine’s date! Cozy atmosphere, not too noisy, and great for deep conversations. - Food: Everything was delicious, especially the Tacos and Steak. The beef was tender, paired perfectly with the sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. - Dessert: The ice cream tasted fresh and authentic, you can tell it’s made from real fruits. - Service: Friendly and attentive staff. They gifted us roses with chocolate inside at the end of the meal. Highly recommended for couples or small groups.

Quince was genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had—and probably the single best meal of our entire trip through Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The service was easily the best we experienced anywhere. Everyone was incredibly quick, friendly, attentive, and polished without ever making the evening feel stiff or overly formal. Their sommelier-in-training was fantastic as well: knowledgeable, genuinely enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. We had a glass of Pinot Noir that paired beautifully with the meal. The food was unbelievable from beginning to end. The whipped tofu and tomato dish was one of the biggest surprises of the night—bright, rich, perfectly balanced, and an absolute must-order. The duck was extraordinary, with genuinely the best, crispiest duck skin I have ever had. Even the bread and accompaniments were memorable, which tells you how much thought goes into every detail here. Dessert somehow maintained the same level. The dark-chocolate dessert with chocolate sorbet was completely outrageous: deeply chocolatey without becoming heavy, beautifully presented, and easily one of the best desserts of the trip. Quince’s wood-fired cooking, seasonal ingredients, and combination of Mediterranean influence, Asian flavors, and French technique are apparent throughout the menu. Its continued recognition by the Michelin Guide makes complete sense. An extraordinary restaurant with phenomenal cooking, exceptional hospitality, and a team that clearly cares about every part of the experience. Do not miss this place in Ho Chi Minh City.

Food is normal and little bit tasty, but portions are medium small, because they grill in the pizza oven so some parts of the foods are burnt. I love the atmosphere, the ambient lighting makes the entire restaurant feel warm and chill. I would have given the service 5 stars if they had not noticed me that I can only have dinner for 1 hour and 30 mins and have to give the table back for the second round customers. This is a big fail in hospitality, you never should ask the customers to leave
