If you are looking for an intimate spot to enjoy the skyline and a breathtaking sunset, this 23rd-floor gem is a must-visit. The atmosphere is notably private and quiet, making it the perfect setting for a meaningful evening of conversation and fine dining with loved ones. We opted for the Vegetarian Set Menu, and it was truly worth every penny. The dishes were masterfully deconstructed, revealing delicate layers of taste and artistic decoration that easily reach a Michelin-selected standard. A standout highlight of the meal was the Eton Mess. Unlike the traditional version, this was a sophisticated new design that perfectly balanced sweet and sour notes. I also have to mention the Black Rye Sourdough—it is exceptionally rare to find bread of this caliber. It was so good that I asked if I could buy some; the restaurant was incredibly generous and gifted me a whole loaf to take home. Even the next day, paired with cheese and wine, the texture and deep flavor remained amazing. The only minor note in an otherwise perfect meal was the hazelnut chocolate dessert. For my palate, it was a bit too sweet, which masked the natural bitterness and complex sour notes that make high-quality chocolate so special. However, the friendly, attentive service and the overall culinary journey were outstanding. We are already planning to return with friends to experience the seafood and meat tasting sets. A highly recommended destination for anyone who appreciates thoughtful, layered flavors and a stunning view.

On June 9th, we had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. We tried the testing menu and loved it. We've tried this type of menu in many places, and while many try to surprise you with all sorts of unusual flavors and combinations, here the menu was understated, refined, and elegant. At the same time, it was also interesting. This menu doesn't try to impress or surprise you, but the quality of the ingredients and the preparation itself are super. Every dish we tried was perfect. We attended dinner on our wedding day, and the team prepared a personalized card with congratulations from the team, which was incredibly sweet. The atmosphere in the restaurant certainly matches the menu; it's also elegant and refined. Everything is understated and tasteful. The service was top-notch.

In my opinion, this is one of the most amazing fine dining restaurants in Saigon. Located inside Hotel des Art with a magnificent view of the city from the top. But more important is the output; just about every dish we ordered was delicious beyond the presentation itself. Pretty pricey but it's a good splurge option for a treat or celebratory event. White wine options seem to be lacking but well compensated by the red selection by glass. Service was good too. Good stuff!

Celebrated 7th anniversary with my partner here. Food quality and service was exceptional. The food tasted amazing with depth and complexity that brought our taste buds on a culinary adventure. Service was attentive and prompt by Vi and crafted to our milestone of 7 years with a custom cocktail and crafted gift. The table given to us had an amazing skyline of the city and really enhanced the overall ambience of the restaurant. In my opinion, the Albion’s michelin star ⭐ is only a matter of WHEN and not IF. Highly recommended

The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but it was the outstanding hospitality from Grace and Cecelia that truly made our visit memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend The Albion to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

I highly recommend the Tasting menu. It was an incredible dining experience from start to finish. Evelyn and Claire took excellent care of us throughout the evening, making us feel truly welcomed. The mocktails crafted by Thu were outstanding, and Chi's presentation of each dish was both engaging and heartfelt. Special thanks to Chef Chris for creating such an amazing menu and to Restaurant Manager Tyler for ensuring everything was perfect. A truly memorable dinner.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. While it is certainly on the slightly pricey side, the quality of the food makes it ideal for a special occasion, accompanied by the great view of the night cityscape. The tasting menu was excellent, with every course thoughtfully prepared, loved the Da Lat Hen's Egg! The surprise birthday cake was a lovely gesture, ended the dinner on a high note. Vy was attentive throughout the night not to mention knowledgeable and humorous as well! Kudos to the chef and the whole team!!

We ate here as it is located in the hotel we stayed & also it was raining heavily in the evening, so we did not want to go out of the hotel. The service is very good. I ordered the BBQ lobster & it tastes delicious with the sauce. My husband ordered the lamb rack but he did not like the way it was cooked. The ambience of the restaurant is good & can enjoy the good view of Ho Chi Minh City since it is located at high floor.
