  🥰The service was absolutely amazing❤️both the male and female staff were incredibly attentive and caring. They even peeled the shrimp for us, and cleared away the empty shells immediately after we finished our oysters. The level of attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. The restaurant itself has a wonderful, romantic atmosphere. Every corner is picture-perfect. It’s definitely worth coming to dine here!

  What a beautiful experience tonight. Incredible foods (well presented, tasty) in nice ambiance and atmosphere. The team is perfect. Very profesional. Special tks to Bao Nghi and the team for this nice diner. Definitively, I will come back again

  Just got a wonderful dinner at The Palm We ordered 6 dishes and honestly 10 outa 10 for all. The chef is seriously on another level, the way they handle the ingredients is super meticulous, flavors are balanced perfectly, and the presentation is sooo good. Every detail is carefully thought through. Real star of the night: Beef Wellington. I’ve tried this dish at a lot of restaurants before, but I’m pretty sure this one is the bessssttttt that I’ve ever had. The chef handled the beef smell perfectly, the meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce is literally the soul of this dish, the balance satisfied me. Gotta wow at the first bite. Also, the reason I’d 100% come back is not just the food but the service. This was my first time here but the whole staff team was super professional, friendly, and made us feel really comfortable from the moment we walked in. They’re very attentive and subtle too, always there when needed. Special shoutout to Bao Le, who took care of us with his outstanding service. Super knowledgeable about every dish, gave great recommendations, and answered all of our questions about flavors, ingredients, and how the sweet–salty–sour elements come together. The way he introduced each dish and guided us on how to enjoy them was very clear and professional. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and knows exactly how to connect with customers, can really feel the dedication. As the highlight, he did us a live performance with Banana Flambé. Honestly gotta say he ate and left no crumbs =)) Definitely come back ^^

  The food is great, taste delicious. We thought we won't get full cuz we think the portion will be small, but all of us really left with a full belly. And what stands out is how friendly and amazing the service was. The staff are very helpful and nice, especially Nghi Dinh and Thuy Phan, took great pictures for us, take care of our cake,... Will return next time <3

  Had a wonderful experience at The Palm recently. The atmosphere was on point and I was welcome warmly by the Staff Crew. The manager directly introduce me with the Pool Area when I ask for outdoor seat and the Staff Crew took care of my seat area very professionaly when they know that I prefer a seat with nice view. The food was beyond my expectation when they had perfectly cook the Beef Wellington to my expectaion. I have had Beef Wellington multiple time before and this was the first restaurant that has nailed this dish to perfection. Special shout out to the Staff Bao Le and another femal staff which was also phenomenon. They took care of everything to ensure we had a great experience from the seat area to the menu recommendation. The introduction to every dish in the menu has show that they know their dish very well and dedicated to the service they offer. The Staff Bao Le also promise us to have fire dancing next time by him which was very friendly for us to interact with him. We definitely will come back to see what Bao Le got for us next time and the whole Staff Crew overall as well. The Palm is defintely a place you should visit for a good time 🌴

  On a friend’s recommendation for lunch meeting, I try the set lunch at The Palm on the rooftop of Bach Suites Hotel. A city view restaurant in the heart of the city — plus a rooftop pool! The whole place is private and quite. The lunch set was simple. Here is perfect for business meetings, or for afternoon tea and casual chats. The hotel lobby has an elegant interior design, and every corner is check-in spot.
