  Loved this hotel, staff are just lovely, it is in a lovely family area, people are so friendly, the buses are so easy to go into Division 1, just a short walk and a cross the road, coming home you are practically out the front, the 04 bus, $6,000 vnd, not even 50 cents Aud. The rooms are quite large with a good kitchen and stove, just buy yourself some utensils and a good pan, very cheap. The beef pho soup at the restaurant is beautiful and so is the egg rice Loved my stay and will be back

  This is a good hotel for short stays, where you can enjoy a swimming pool and a small gym. The rooms are clean and the service remains professional. It is close to nice restaurants and the price is affordable!

  Well located close to SGN airport terminal 3, although a little too far to walk there with luggage, it has everything in and around. Nice terrace with view aircrafts ascension, good coffees and food, swimming pool just large enough for a short refreshing swim. For 515k VND a night that's a good deal for a night or two, although without noticing the lowest price is for windowless room, which isn't very comfortable. Nevertheless the minibar is affordable, all amenities are provided, water, coffee and tea included, and everything necessary in the bathroom.

  very budget friendly place to stay. room is always cleaned with a daily room service included. this place is in the middle of everywhere, you wont have any problem finding local foods. the only thing is that the bathroom has this unpleasant and strong cigarette smells. but otherwise no complaints!

  Restaurant staff acted coy and served me a burger and Bahn Mi while I was dinning alone. They spoke good English, I’m surprised by their behavior.

  This is not an upscale hotel as advertised. The bathroom constantly smelled like urine, which was unpleasant, but that wasn’t even my main issue. The biggest problem was the hotel’s visitor policy. When I checked in, the receptionist told me that if my family visited and stayed past 10:00 PM, the hotel would charge 150,000 VND per person. I have traveled extensively, stayed in many hotels across different countries, and I have never encountered a policy like this before. I found it unreasonable and quite rude. Another frustrating rule was that when friends came to visit, they were not allowed to go directly to my room, even if they already knew the room number. Instead, the receptionist would call me and require me to come downstairs to escort them to my room. Overall, between the unpleasant bathroom odor and the restrictive visitor policies, my stay was disappointing and not what I expected.

  why does this place have 4.1 star reviews? it should have 0 the rooms are dirty and furniture covered in stains, the gym is old and barely any equipment, it does not feel comfortable at all and on top of that they make you pay for the water in the refrigerator. you can get far better hotel for a cheaper price or same price elsewhere, i am so confused why there are so many people staying here when it is so mediocore

  The place is very near the airport and other tourist spots. The only thing is that we only got one room card which is kind of hard because there’s two of us staying.
