Had a great experience at Citadines and was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a 1BR suite. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. Location was also ideal, central and within walking distance to many attractions. The only downside is that because the hotel is close to the street, you can hear the traffic till late at night but it’s not much of a bother.

The hotel is located nicely in district 3. It is surrounded by few famous tourist spot which are within walkable distance. Food option is quite easy to find from premium range cafe to local delights. There are quite a few facilities as well such as gym and swimming pool albeit small. Would stay here again if I'm coming back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Only cons for us were smaller than expected bed size and a few minor inconveniences like the room telephone not working but, otherwise many pros. Staff is absolutely wonderful. The build quality is good and room fittings/appliances very high quality. Great shower as well as water pressure. Phenomenal value for Saigon’s current high lodging prices and the location excellent with many places to eat nearby (Pizza & Bia is a good one, just a few steps away). Wouldn’t hesitate to return

I forgot to pick up my swimsuit after the shower at the pool, but I could find it back. Thank you so much. The cleaning staff here are honest. The rooftop pool is rather small but not busy. Enough for me to enjoy. Clean and cute. Thanks to the doorman. I took the bus to the hotel. When the doorman found me to be dragging my luggage from far distance, he quickly came out (almost run) to take my luggage. I felt so welcome in this hotel from the start. The front desk staff didn't disappoint me either. Polite, knowledgeable, and in welcome moods. I liked the bathtub in the room. The water pressure good. The bed comfortable, and with four pillows and two cusions.

Staffs are polite and friendly, super supportive. Nice and clean place, great if you are on a business trip, great if you want a serviced apartment where you just move in with your clothes. Location is amazing, 10 min to nearest Starbucks, 5 min ride to the main road that leads to other industrial area, fantastic restaurants (Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean) in 5min walk. But the room itself really needs improvements: - Bathroom is fantastic, except there is no make up mirror at the vanity. No foot rest in the shower, it's not comfortable for people who have problem with their back. Socket next to the vanity is for shaver only, not for hair dryer. The one who designed the bathroom clearly did not made it good enough for women's basic needs. Hand soap bottle is stink, guess because it can't be moved so it's also difficult to deep clean, they just fill up the soap through time. - Sound proof: not much of sound proof when you can hear what people in the next room, or dog barking somewhere around the block at midnight. - Pool closes at 6pm so if you work 9-5 and live there, literally no time for the pool. Also no guard or any staffs around the pool & gym area to care for your safety. Gym doesn't smell great, and sauna is never hot enough. Seems to be a lot cost saving at this area. - The restaurant at ground floor isn't a great factor, seems like nobody wanna eat there. Do not look like fully set up to welcome any customers.

Not sure what to start the review with! This is a serviced apartment located at the heart of the city yet not close to the hustle. The hospitality is good and the room too but the missing star in the ratings.... will explain. The sauna facility does not provide a locker so you can't tuck away your belongings while you relax. There aren't any bathrobes in the room either so you can't get to the sauna all ready. So if you feel like using the sauna, better take someone ready to stand at the door for you. Having said, I would still prefer to stay at this place the next time I travel to Saigon, coz it has a nice aura.

I have been here for many times quite convenient for me (near my office) and that street is quite good not as dirty as other streets. I would say it's quite safe and not noisy. If you like walking, you can walk from this hotel to many tourist attractions and a supermarket. I didn't see much of the local food shop around there.

We visited this hotel this week. Hotel studio room is very good & provided all facilities for small kitchen. Room is very good. But TV is normal TV & not smart TV. You can’t access even You tube app. Restaurant area is very small and guests are many & they can not find tables at 6:30 am which is start time for breakfast. You can not get plates, bowls. You don’t get enough milk, every item is getting finished at a very short time. You have to ask for every food item which was getting finished. Our group felt this facility not good for such a big nice hotel.
