  Had a great stay here. The room was exactly as shown in the Agoda photos. There was plenty of space to sleep, relax, work, and even cook comfortably. I would 100% stay here again. The staff were very helpful on WhatsApp and responded quickly whenever I had any questions. Please don't be put off by any negative reviews. These apartments offer excellent value for money. In many parts of Europe, a place of this size and quality could easily cost £300 per night, if not more. Highly recommended.

  Room with view to swimming pool was noisy, but administration friendly changed to upper floor and there was okay. Good WiFi. Big shopping mall in 400m. Highlands cafeteria. Price and quality in good proportion.

  This is not a Five Star Hotel. The rooms are very small. Soap toothbrush and coffee tea powder facilities not provided properly. We never had such a worst complementary breakfast in any Hotels. Only 3 items even fruits bread and butter is not provided. Only 300 ml free water bottle only provided in the rooms. Swimming pool is good. Shop in the Hotel is good available all kind of items. Very distance to the main attraction of the City.

  Absolutely disgraceful experience. At the hotel pool, a clearly drunk man was harassing and inappropriately touching young girls, creating an extremely uncomfortable and disturbing atmosphere. He was drinking beer by the pool and even spilled it into the water, yet no one from the hotel staff intervened. Guests around us were shocked and deeply uncomfortable. We immediately reported the situation to the reception, expecting them to take action. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. No intervention, no follow-up, no attempt to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests. It was painfully clear that guest safety is not a priority at this establishment. Allowing a visibly intoxicated individual to behave this way in a shared space — especially around young girls — is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and responsibility from the staff is alarming. If you value safety, respect, and basic standards of hospitality, avoid Sonata Résidence. This was an experience we deeply regret.

  Worst hotel experience — DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely unacceptable. Here’s why: Extremely dirty room Stained bed sheets and pillowcases, visible dirt and mold in the bathroom, dirty shower head, door handles, and window frames. The room had a strong unpleasant smell. This is a serious hygiene issue. Room does not match photos The room we received was completely different from the photos shown online. The listing is misleading and does not reflect the real condition of the rooms at all. False 5-star rating: This property is advertised as a 5-star residence hotel, but it felt more like a poorly maintained budget motel. Very old, neglected, and unhygienic. Because of these conditions, we left the room immediately on the same day and returned the room key. We did not stay overnight. Very disappointing experience. Save your money and choose somewhere else. PS: The photos on the website are 100% misleading. This is not what you get in reality.

  My recent stay at Cozum Homes Sonata Residence was exceptional, highlighted by excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. The overall atmosphere here is simply wonderful, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.One of my favorite aspects is the tranquil pool area. It's never too crowded, allowing me to always find a quiet spot to swim laps, relax with a book, or even catch up on some work. For early risers like myself, who frequently have business meetings across different time zones, the strong and reliable Wi-Fi signal proved to be incredibly beneficial.We opted for a spacious two-level room, which was perfect for our family. The distinct upper and lower levels allowed for both privacy and comfort, giving us our own private moments while still enjoying quality family time during our travels.Cozum Homes Sonata Residence truly offers a fantastic experience, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and well-serviced stay.

  Huge, well built property. Friendly staff speaks several languages and good english. Breakfast below averageGym goodSwimmingpool goodRooms are a bit run down, mould in some places like ac and batroom. Just needs a deep clean and mould removal and it will be 5 star

  This hotel drastically needs refurbishment. Generally the staff are nice but everything is decaying here. Rust on the metal in the bathrooms. Cracked floor tiles in elevators. Dust on windowsills in corridors. The gym is a danger risk given half the equipment is falling apart and unsafe. The breakfast is a joke with staff not being available when it is open and only two items were actually available. The price is ok for what it is but I would not stay here again I’d rather pay more for a fully functioning hotel. Generally nobody there seems to really care about the hotel and it feels like a Tier 3 Chinese city hotel. All the grandiosity of its former days with zero maintenance observed. I added a picture of the weights rack which makes the point clear regarding maintenance.
