  Same owner as Emerald hotel. They use different name on booking app but lead to the same hotel. I experienced a very serious issue with an unreasonable and arbitrary charge during my stay. I used a bathroom floor towel to clean parts of the room floor, including under the sofa. At check-out, I was unexpectedly charged 50,000 VND for the towel. The towel only had some dust on it and was still clearly cleanable. There was no damage or permanent staining, and I have photos as proof. After I paid, I was told that no receipt could be provided on the spot. I had to leave my email address and was told the receipt would be sent later. This raises serious concerns about transparency and proper business practices. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would advise future guests to be cautious about potential unexpected charges.

  Trãi nghiệm tồi tuệ. Khách sạn không có trách nhiệm với khách hàng. Không bãi đậu xe khi đến ở nhân viên khách sạn kêu đậu xe bên ngoài sáng ra thì bị trầy do người khác có tình làm trầy. Hỏi giải quyết như thế nào. Thì quản lý báo không giải quyết nói theo kiểu không có trách nhiệm. Mọi người nên tránh sự cố ko vui như vậy
