This place is good value. The room is clean, a little old but spacious. At night, the thin wall ensures you can hear every footsteps, washing machine cycles, door unlocking. However this place biggest problem is its WiFi. The WiFi is unstable and slow. It would disconnect randomly. And sometimes you are connected but no internet. So if you need internet, might want to reconsider or use you mobile data.

Overall was ok, but definitely not the best for the price, in Phu My Hung. Furnishings are a bit low quality and room definitely needs some maintenance. The most surprising thing was at check-in, we saw they rent the rooms for 2 hours...definitely surprised to see that as we would normally not stay at places like that. The restaurant/kitchen next door was loud until after midnight, but the bed was at least comfortable.

Our stay at El was nothing short of perfect. We booked a two-bedroom unit, and it exceeded our expectations — both rooms were spacious, airy, and thoughtfully fully equipped. From a comfortable sofa to a modern kitchen and even a washing machine, everything we needed was right there, allowing us to enjoy our time without needing to step outside.||One of the highlights was the flexible housekeeping service. We tend to wake up late and usually head out around noon, and the staff were incredibly considerate — they adjusted their cleaning schedule to fit ours without us even needing to ask.||For those traveling by car, like me, the free and spacious parking lot was a huge plus. No stress, no hassle.||The room itself was cozy and well-ventilated, with a street-facing window that let in plenty of natural light. Since this trip was all about unwinding and recharging, we spent most of our time indoors — and thanks to the warm, inviting space, we truly felt at ease.||Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or a comfortable long stay, El is a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back.

Our family of four stayed in the Family Suite here, and we were very happy with our choice. The apartment was spacious, modern, and included a small kitchen—perfect for families with young children like ours. One thing that impressed me was the staff’s quick response when my daughter accidentally spilled water on the bed. I called the front desk, and within minutes, the housekeeping team came to clean everything up. Their professionalism and kindness were much appreciated.||Besides the comfortable space and great service, the location was also a big advantage. We could easily get to Crescent Mall without spending too much time in traffic, which is a real bonus in busy Saigon. After a long day out, coming back to our room felt like recharging our energy.||Honestly, we really loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

I stayed at El Ocaso Hotel for almost two weeks during a business trip at SECC, and everything was perfect. What I loved the most was how convenient and fully equipped the apartment was—it had a kitchen, washing machine, tea and coffee, a work desk, and strong Wi-Fi.||Another big plus was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and kind. One night, I had a small issue with the air conditioner. Even though it was late, the receptionist quickly sent a technician who came to fix it right away. I really appreciated their effort and care.||The hotel is just a short walk from SECC, so I didn’t even need to book a car to get to work. El Ocaso gave me a warm and cozy feeling, just like being at home.||Great service, great value, and a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

I booked a place that turned out even better than I expected, so I really want to share it.||The hotel is a mix of hotel and apartment — very comfortable and super convenient. Staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The lobby was big, cool, and clean. Inside, the hotel looked modern and fresh (honestly, it felt more like a 4-5 star hotel even though it’s rated 3 stars 😄).||My room had everything I needed: a small kitchen, a washing machine, and a comfy workspace. I also loved how quiet it was, but still very close to Crescent Mall, VivoCity, and SECC.||What impressed me most was their hospitality. I had an early flight, and the staff helped me book a car to the airport very quickly.||If you're looking for a central place that's comfortable, affordable, and feels like home, I highly recommend El!

My friends and I had a memorable gathering at El Ocaso – it was an experience worth remembering. There were four of us, and we booked two rooms with spacious kitchens. The kitchen was my favorite part because it allowed us to cook delicious meals together right in the apartment, without needing to go out to eat. Although the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or serve breakfast, it actually added to the fun as we got to prepare our own meals. Each room had a balcony overlooking the street, so it was nice and airy. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing us with extra kitchen utensils and suggesting fun spots to explore in the city center. If you're looking for a place to gather with friends, I highly recommend El Ocaso Hotel and Apartments.
