  Great value for the price and pleasantly quiet considering the location. The surroundings are much more peaceful than you’d expect, and the service offered felt fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well-priced, low-noise spot in the area.

  Great hotel and staff. The place is super clean and for the price it's a steal. It's tucked away in an alleyway as well so less noise pollution. Only downside is there's no windows in the rooms, but aside from that 0 complaint.

  Nice location and good service. It was just around 10 mins by grab from airport to this hotel. After checked in, I could get a welcome drink☺️ I chose Pomelo blueberry tea! Super refreshing!

  i’m very pleased to stay in here. the room and the service are great, we got to chose a welcome drink when we arrived. they have quite big window in the corner room, so we can see the alley. over all it’s a recommended place to stay near the airport

  Extremely near the airport, decent and comfortable rooms, wifi is ok too. Soundproofing isn’t great but is bearable. Hotel has limited number of shared iron which makes it difficult sometimes if you need it.

  Terrible Experience – Poor Service and Unhygienic Conditions I booked 2 rooms for a one-night stay on May 1st, 2026, and it was a complete disappointment. Upon check-in, we found cockroaches in the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The staff’s attitude made things even worse. The front desk was completely indifferent and unfriendly. They refused to help with our items, forcing us to go pick them up at the security post ourselves. To top it off, we were charged 50k per day for car parking. A total lack of hospitality. I will not be returning.

  As a foreign resident living in Vietnam, I presented my Temporary Residence Card (TRC). In Vietnam, foreign residents with a valid TRC are generally able to check into hotels using only the TRC without needing to show a passport. I have also checked into other hotels before without being asked for my passport. However, this hotel still insisted on seeing my passport without giving any clear explanation in advance, which made the check-in process inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, the staff attitude was unfriendly and dismissive. They ignored what I was trying to explain and did not show basic courtesy or professionalism toward long-term foreign residents. I hope the hotel improves both its communication and customer service in the future.

  Super clean hotel with good service from the crew, good value for money. Hotel provided welcome drinks that we can choose on the menu, price of food in restaurant is very reasonable too.
