  This establishment cannot be considered a proper hotel and functions more like an apartment complex. Despite the large room size and ample wardrobe space, the air conditioning was inadequate. Breakfast is outsourced, and guests are charged separately even for basic necessities such as tea and coffee, which is unacceptable. Overall, the stay was thoroughly disappointing and left a very negative impression.

  Impressed a lot. The reception staff are lovely and take good care. The room is clean and fully equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave and kitchenware. The housekeeper comes daily to clean. The breakfast is delicious. If I have another chance, I will stay here again.

  Wonderful stay away from the crazy hustle and bustle. Because of my son's eczema we taxied it everywhere no problem. ||Room: 2 bedroom suite|Great space and storage. Only used the kitchen for the refrigeration, perfect for drinks and left over take outs. We used the washer everyday and hung the clothes out around the apartment to dry. Bed's were comfy and dark. We kept all the blinds closed to keep the rooms cool during the day time.||Hotel: Slight letdown|The hotel pool was being maintained throughout our stay. We chose this hotel for the pool use but never got to try it. We found other ways to entertain the kids no problem but this did disappoint us. Everything else was wonderful. The cafe area would offer us water and yogurt every time we stopped by to rest.

  1st time to this city and place. The location is good if you like quieter surrounding as its within the local residential area, convenient store just a short walk and a bigger supermarket is about 5mins away located at the main road. Some local eateries and pushcarts throughout the clock till late night too. Calling for ride is fast to come as the hotel name is quite famous. Decent breakfast if you opt for it, not a very wide selection, but enough as a breakfast standard. The hotel dont have in house meals selection, but the room comes with stove and a big fridge, so its good for self-cook. Room is clean and housekeeping is prompt with changing of sheets and etc.

  This is my second times staying here. Although the facility is quite old needs some updates. In general, the room is cleaned and when I asked to change sheets and vacuum the floor, everything is done properly! The best is the location, quiet street even though it located in the center of the city! Sleep well for 10 days staying there! Will definitely come back!

  The location is good. Our room was pretty big and clean. Fair price and breakfast was included but we didn't really have time for breakfast at the hotel. Money exchange place and local cafes are all nearby. Service is great, hotel staff are polite and friendly.

  Small but cozy hotel, located at the quite street at district 3 but its convenient and closed to most of the location . Reception and security are friendly. They always try their best to assist me. I arrived at the mid night and front desk staff help to carry my luggage and check in done in just less then 5 mins. Beside, the morning shift receptionist also friendly, she try her best to accommodate my request for late check out. Breakfast was on not much choices. Overall I enjoyed my stay with them.

  stayed here for 5 nights as a family, basic cooking ware is provided in the kitchen. location is out of Q1, but near the shopping street for thrifting in Q3. staff were very friendly and helpful. toilet amenities were provided. room was not supe cleanest but it was acceptable.
