  Location super good. Love it. Hotel getting a bit old run down. Tv remote control no battery. Room aircon control not working. But they reacted and make good very fast. Still bath towel not white any more, more towards grey soon, threads coming out. Hotel has great view. As in attached picture.

  This hotel is excellent value. We were on a package tour and opted to upgrade to a club grand suite. Best decision ever, spacious, luxurious with other added benefits. The hotel is perfectly situated and the staff are all helpful and friendly. Kim from the spa is a true healer providing the best massages and facials. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

  The Saigon Prince is in a great location with everything around you that you will need like markets, shopping centres, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is modern with an upmarket feel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food and drink and caters for every nationality. It also has a restaurant and bar, which we didn’t use. The staff are very approachable and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  Room is big, over-looking the walking park and opposite the cafe apartment. Breakfast covers a wide variety and some of the menu changes daily. Walking distance to the river, opera house, Takashimaya mall, Saigon Square... Hotel staff is friendly and always smiling. Please note there a short flight of stairs to the lobby from the pavement but the hotel staff is ready to help.

  Caveat that I spent most of the time outside touring HCMC so I’m not too fussed about the accommodations. That said, the location is excellent - walking distance to many amenities, nice street food, and even some decent nightlife venues nearby. If I were to complain, it’ll be that the window didn’t have much of a view. But again, not too fussed there.

  As a regular visitor, I can wholeheartedly recommend SAIGON PRINCE HOTEL. |The location and facilities are exemplary but, above all that, there's a wonderful customer service culture which is gold standard and permeates across all facets of the hotel. They know how to meet the needs of their customers (and succeed) - from the moment that you arrive, I know that you will feel welcomed, relaxed and ready for whatever experiences you are planning in this fantastic city on your doorstep. |I'll return soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Location is perfect and service meets high level standards. However, hardware inside the room needs to be improved. For example 1. Need to have leg stool for the sofa, better relaxation.2. Should have Iron board inside the room3. No socket for hair dryer in toilet4. No make up mirror in toilet for close up5. Should have tower rack in toilet

  The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
