  I stayed from March 2 to March 3, 2025. Especially. I stayed from March 2 to March 3, 2025. In particular, I would like to thank the gate security staff who worked at 7 p.m. on March 3, 2025. I had a lot of heavy luggage because it was a family trip. Thank you for helping me ride the grab and moving my luggage. I'm sorry I couldn't check security staff name, and I'll visit again next time I come to Ho Chi Minh City.

  I would like to provide some feedback on my most recent visit to your hotel with my family. In general, my family and I enjoyed our time at your establishment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was seamless. My room was both clean and comfortable.The housekeeping staff performed exceptionally well.

  Great place to stay with children Washing machine in room is super handy and the swimming pools are to die for, especially the water slide! Location isnt too bad especially if you want to be able to walk around away from the hustle bustle of the city. Would definitely stay again!

Located in Thu Duc City (District 2), it provides a quiet, secure, and relaxing retreat away from the central hustle, while still offering convenient access to the city center via Taxi/Grab (Uber). The accommodation style here is highly rated for its cleanliness and contemporary design. We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment, which was incredibly spacious, and featured a fully-equipped kitchenette, a washing machine, and a private balcony. It truly feels like a home away from home, which is a rare find in the city. The list of resident facilities is extensive and truly sets this property apart. The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a large, year-round swimming pool, a water slide, and excellent children’s play areas (both indoor and outdoor). For fitness and relaxation, the property offers a modern gym, tennis courts, and a steam room/sauna. The staff were attentive and helpful and consistently polite and, making sure every request was handled efficiently. Somerset Feliz Ho Chi Minh City is the perfect option for those prioritizing space, convenience, and superior amenities, especially if traveling with children or staying for a longer duration.

  Travelled from Melbourne with my wife, 8 month old and mother in law. Was great location very quite but also wallabies to convinent stores and restaurants. Room was exceptionally clean and facilities were amazing! Loved the pool, plants and just walking around. The reception was extremely clean and the service of Tracey, Sam and the whole concierge team was amazing. They were helpful friendly and loved to keep my little daughter entertained. Exceptional!

  My family had a great experience staying at Somerset Feliz last week. The thing that impressed the most is our 4-BR apartment that this kind of room are not common for other hotels/serviced apartments. The room was well designed and fully equipped, especially spacious that our family of 8 could stay comfortably. We really enjoyed the staycation with the amenities in the building: warm swimming pool, jogging path, quiet surroundings, etc. The service is excellent, staff is friendly and very helpful. We have stayed here several times and definitely would come back.

  This is the second time we have come to Somerset Feliz, after 3 years of returning but the facilities and all the items are very new, we are very impressed by the extremely professional and friendly staff. You have helped us a lot during our stay here. Where to eat? Where to go? What to do? We almost didn't have to think. The swimming pool here is beautiful, there is both a saltwater and hot water pool, our children got to experience the slide right at the pool, this is a great thing. If we have time, we will definitely come back.

  What a truly lovely Apartment . Room is a great size, incredibly clean and beautifully appointed. The pool bar food was also great.||Service has been great service of Tracy in the reception . Best hotel I’ve had in Vietnam! Thanks Tracy and reception team . We also asked for some places to visit and the team were accomodating and the service wass excellent. Tracy even offered heathly welcome drink . Now that’s experience and product knowledge!||Pool isn’t crazy busy (or, wasn’t for us when we were there) and was a great size and is perfect for lazing by after a hot morning out sightseeing.||the lobby also have lounge with coffee machine and tea available all the time. if you want some place for work or meeting with friends then this is the best place . ||Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.
