  This is by far the best luxury hotel I've ever stayed in. The price is comparable to many American hotel brands, but you get so much more for your money. Yes, I have stayed in American luxury hotels in Dallas, Denver, New York, Las Vegas, and even Hawaii. My room was over 900 square feet and even included a washer and dryer, making it perfect for an extended stay. The breakfast was extraordinary, with a wide variety of delicious options. The views were beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were excellent amenities to enjoy after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I traveled to northern Vietnam for five days during my trip, and the hotel kindly stored my extra luggage free of charge until I returned. That level of service made my stay even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

  I simply love this place. To be honest , i once thought Venetian in Las Vegas was great until now. All the staffs were lovely and friendly. Breakfast buffet was the best i had in ages. The restaurent staffs were excellent. The room deco was so nice. I love the massive clock in the lobby. In short i love everything about this hotel. We will come back next time we are in town.

  Fantastic location, attractions are within walking distance. The hotel has great amenities and the room is very spacious and clean and has a nice river view. All the front desk staff are very friendly and able to speak good English. Including the housekeeping team, they are very attentive to our needs and make our stay here a very wonderful one. Will stay here again.

  Some places try hard. Reverie just gets it.||Attention to detail that most places talk about in their marketing but never actually deliver. Everything was considered. Nothing felt accidental.||The team knew their stuff inside out. Not in a rehearsed, corporate-script way. Genuinely knowledgeable. The kind of people who’ve clearly spent time caring about what they do.||Planning and execution matched. That’s rarer than it sounds.||Walked away thinking: this is what a proper standard looks like.||Five stars. No hesitation.

  The best two weeks in Vietnam! The suite was amazing the staff was excellent. Duong the Resident Manager was the best. She assisted with restaurant suggestions, getting reservations and most importantly she helped me with making my husband’s birthday experience memorable! We will definitely be back. It’s a must if you want exceptional service and to be walking distance from everything!
