    Good, so cute

This spa have comments that the reviews are fake. I asked about it and they said you have to experience yourself. So i did. Had a long discussion during booking to confirm the all service, total price and time of service. Booked 2 hours, in reality it was less than 1,5 hours. Before agreed the total price including all tips, but still the boys started to argue after session to give them more. Very tiring. I think the reality is, what ever you agree before, you still have to argue during and after the service. It is SAD! Waste of time and money.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place When I walked in, the man at the reception was cold and unfriendly. I chose my massage and confirmed the price with him before starting. The massage itself was average at best – the therapist seemed very young and unprofessional, maybe around 19 years old. After the massage, he asked for a tip even though I was told at the beginning that tips were already included. When we went downstairs, the receptionist started yelling at him in front of me – it was unprofessional and very uncomfortable to watch. He treated the massage therapist like a dog. To make things worse, they charged my credit card more than the agreed amount. Absolutely unacceptable. These people have no idea what customer service is. Avoid this place at all cos

run away run away Have you ever tried the worst massage in Asia? Paradise turns into hell in less than five minutes. First, they ask for prices via message, and you directly receive a quote that includes tips (that's how it works here). In my country, a tip is only deserved if the service is good. You don’t just give a tip; it has to be earned! Just like at the butcher, you’re shown pictures to choose your cut of meat... Right away, they give you the price along with a finishing service. In my message, I specified that it was a surprise for my friend, so nothing should be explained or shown. Upon arrival, the first thing they do is explain everything :-( ... So, it’s just a detail. You’re led into rooms without any comfort, and one of them doesn’t even have air conditioning. For the first package, they offer you a 90-minute "body to body" massage with a finishing service for a confirmed price of 400 + 350 in tips (which they receive regardless of the massage quality). He arrives almost 10 minutes late, so around 5:10, enters the room without introducing himself, without saying hello... Nothing. He starts the first massage without any logic, seemingly without training, but let’s say it’s "acceptable." Thirty minutes pass, and he asks me to turn over. He massages my stomach for 2 minutes (max), then starts giving a massage that a 12-year-old discovering his body would give. After a few minutes, this ends because I don't want it to continue. Barely finished, he hands me a paper and a pen to ask for a tip based on his "work." The problem is that I look at the clock; even though the time felt long and I never relaxed for a moment, only 50 minutes have passed. 50 minutes without friendliness, 5 minutes without "body to body," without the service promised by the manager! NOTHING. I refuse to sign the paper, telling him that I have an agreement with the owner and that I am not satisfied with the 90 minutes passed but only 50 minutes of massage. At that moment, he locks the door and blocks me. Not one to be easily intimidated, I left (ah, maybe that's the "body to body" haha). Two floors down, the employee was already on the phone with the boss... I tell him I’m very disappointed (and greasy since no shower was offered), and he calls the guy downstairs. They discuss, and the guy proposes a deal for his terrible service, asking for a tip of 400 (instead of the 300 initially stated). Oops, I must not understand something. The worse you do, the less you work, and the more tip you get!!! In the end, I say I disagree and, being too generous, I pay for 60 minutes of the massage and still give half of the originally planned tip, which is 150, thinking he needs it more than I do. But I’m also a boss, and if my staff performs poorly: 1) I don’t charge the customer. 2) No tip for the employee. 3) I fire them. The owner told the employee that I was right about the timing and service, so he is also responsible for accepting such behavior. As for the second massage, which was equally absurd, my friend will explain it because I wasn’t in the room

Dirty place and the photos are totally fake and the owner keeps overcharging. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had in Ho Chi Minh. Zero out of ten.

This shop is absolutely not recommended. The therapist’s massage skills are acceptable, but they steal time. I arrived on March 25, 2026 at 18:00 for a 90‑minute massage. The therapist came in at 18:06 and finished at 19:16 (a total of just 70 minutes). When I questioned him, saying it hadn’t reached 90 minutes yet, why was it over, he replied: “Including the time you take a shower, it’s 90 minutes.” Ridiculous! If shower time counts as massage time, I could just go back to my hotel to shower. And he cut 20 minutes short—do I really need 20 minutes to shower? Definitely do not recommend this lousy place. Am I rude and impolite? From beginning to end I didn’t say a single word, and that therapist also didn’t say a single word. I only asked one question: why was it just 70 minutes? Then the therapist answered: “Including shower time, it’s already 90 minutes.” Dare you swear to God? Who was rude, who stole time, who deserves no place to be buried? A shameless and unprofessional massage place. Absolutely not recommended.

This spa reviews are fake. And most importantly the boy doesn’t look like the photo all. 😑 👎 Had a long discussion during booking to confirm the all service, total price and time of service. They charge 50K more for credit card without any notice in advance. We have agreed the tips but the boy ended up asking for more more more. 😅

3 days y, I went to get a massage at a massage center. Cold welcome, no greetings, and even minimal decoration. No air conditioning in the room and still no decoration/ambiance. I entered the room and had to wait about five minutes before the amateur masseur arrived. He started the massage without greeting me 😕, without introduction, without a word. The hospitality and welcome were null and unprofessional!!! The first contact with my body lasted for 10 minutes WITHOUT OIL!!! It was a bit painful. Then, he took a towel to wipe me down because, without air conditioning, I was sweating. No delicacy, which does not allow for a moment of relaxation. The massage then began with oil; it was quick, nervous, without technique or logic. Each time, he wiped the areas he had massaged with that rough towel in a strong manner, which does not allow one to escape into wellbeing. No sensuality. After the back massage, he said, "I'll be right back, I'm going to take a shower." Incredible, a masseur leaves you there in the middle of the session to take a shower!!! When he returned, he tapped me on the shoulder to ask me to turn onto my back. At that moment, I had a stomach massage, and he went down without softness, without sensuality, to "put me in shape." Several times he invited me to be "ON TOP" for a good tip, and I told him I wasn't interested (I'm on the bottom anyway), but he was insistent, and his massage lost all purity. He was trying for a bad happy ending without any collaboration. Once finished, out of 90 minutes of service, I only got 60 minutes because he arrived late, took a shower, stopped earlier, and always talked about tips. I didn't want to give a tip because it was my friend who paid for the massage at the reception, as it was arranged (messages exchanged with the owner for my birthday gift), and I didn't have cash with me. He blocked me in front of the door for 5 minutes (he doesn't speak a word of English), and I explained to him. I had to insist on taking a shower because I was covered in oil (first there was no oil, and then he spilled a bottle on me). Horrible massage, I live in Asia and often get massages; sometimes they are not great, but it's okay. At Paradise, it's the most ridiculous massage ever. I went downstairs downstairs and saw my friend upset, his massage ended after 45 minutes instead of 90, and it was horrible. The owner offered a discount after a long conversation, but the masseur still asked for more tips. The owner is responsible because if his staff is not good, he should hire better staff. He should not charge for such a bad session and should apologize for the attitude of his employees. We saw him tell his employees that we were right, but he did not act with us as a boss should. He is the owner of a primary stage and lacks experience. He does not deserve to work or should choose better staff, but he also needs to be more commercial and friendly. 0/10 for massages 0/10 for welcome 0/10 for ambiance 10/10 for ridiculous place.
