  Got treated by a specially cute massage therapist 😆🐱 Overall, the service is quite nice. My mom and I chose the 60min hair wash and an extra foot massage. The therapist was very attentive, always checking if the force is enough or should be less. 100% recommended.

  One of the better massages in town. Stay clear from any of the places around the market or near the Japan town. Those are the worst. This is like a proper massage. Something you get in Bali.

  Relaxing thai massage with focus on pressure points. Face area on the massage table has a gell cushion for the face. First time experiencing this. Therapist used a pressure point gun or pen on my foot. First time experiencing this. Super cute and friendly cat. Really made my day.

  so I love the massage but was over charged, we had two 60 mins Thai massage ( 599,000 for 60 mins thai massage) and one 60 foot massage ( 379,000 for 60 mins foot massage) but the total was charged 2,018,560. Initially I didn't pay attention cause I trust them, but I then I realise that the math didn't add up, it was supposed to be around 1,577,000, so they over charged me 441,560, and there was no detailed break down of the cost on the receipt, so I don't know. I hope it is just a honest mistake, but a scam.

  Inconsistent service. Body service is good but the general environment is so bad, very loud, noisy, no privacy. Staffs and customers are so loud, talking during the service. Never use the hairwash. It is called Herbal Hairwash but they wash with cold water. I am the long term customer . Not the walk in customer. I usually use the body massage. It is good. I also bought the package for multi time usage. But as the long term client, the staff only suggested the alternative branch instead of resolving the problem or saying sorry. For this review, i did 60 mins body massage and 45 min of hairwash. That is why I raised the concerns on this review. The staff was Scrubbing hair and scalp so rough, no relaxing at all. No head or ear or face massage. Basically washing hair with the expensive price. Even though I already had the body massage, i asked no need further shoulder or neck massage, just need to focus on head massage but the staff has no clue how to massage. Review to the staff, she basically said you can buy a package to use at different branch without saying sorry for the service. But she stills asks for the tips and high reviews.
