  Calm spa with professional specialists and no lines ( at least in our cases 😄). We went to this SPA two days in a row! Both time late in the evening. It's a great place to hide and chill from the city rush and noice. First day we had foot massage and the other day body relax massage with hot stones. Both days I was massaged by the lady no 11. Many thanks to her for her skills and good energy

  Great massage service. Great experience and helpful front desk. Staff speak english and is probably one of the best experiences I've had. Would recommend 10/10.

  What an amazing no experience!!! Had a 60min back, neck, and shoulder massage it was really good. Afterwards it was raining and I asked for a food recommendation and the receptionist even walked me there with an umbrella so I didn’t get wet! Customer service here is amazing, and thank you to both my massage therapist and the receptionist

  ​I visited this spa twice to ensure I provided a fair and consistent review. Overall, if you are looking for a high-quality massage where the therapists truly know what they are doing, this is a great choice. However, it falls short of the "premium" experience found elsewhere in the same price range. ​The Highlights ​Skillful Therapists: Both Ding and Ann were fantastic. They are highly skilled, "spot on" with pressure and technique, and easy to communicate with using basic English. ​Transparent Pricing: I chose this place because tips are included in the price. It removes the stress of being asked for a tip at the end and suggests the business compensates its staff fairly. ​Reception: The receptionists were very welcoming and their English was a bit better. ​Areas for Improvement ​For a price point of 400k–600k VND, there are a few missing elements that would elevate this to a 5-star experience: ​Missing Rituals: Unlike almost every other spa I’ve visited in Vietnam, there was no welcome tea or warm water foot soak. These small gestures go a long way in helping a guest relax before the session begins. ​Inconsistent Ambience: The lobby feels more like a shop than a spa. There is a lack of relaxing music and calming aromas (scented oils/incense) both in the reception area and the massage rooms. ​Music Issues: During my second visit, the relaxing music started halfway through the massage, leaving the room in silence. Consistent background music is essential for a relaxing environment. ​Summary: The massage itself is 5 stars. The spa environment and hospitality rituals are 3 stars. If you only care about the physical massage, you will be happy here. If you are looking for the full "spa experience," there is room for improvement.

  The place is pretty run down. Towel feels oily with some stains when first lie on. Massage lady seems weak near last 15mins of the 1 hour session. They recycle the towel use to cover one when one is done with the massage, find it unhygienic.

  Before I got any massage, I was very clear on the areas I wanted to treat as I was having consistent pain around my glutes and lower back and thighs. They said they could focus on those areas. Not only did they not focus on those areas, I had to call out that they didn't touch the very area I wanted them to work on when the massage therapist asked me to turn over so they could give me a head massage. By this time they informed me there was only 15 minutes left of my 1 hour massage. This truly shocked me that the massage therapist kept poor track of time and basically ignored the direction that I gave before purchasing the massage. I spoke with the front staff who confirmed again what I mentioned earlier focus on one of my glutes. The subsequent massage was painful and at the same time unintentional. I could tell she didn't know what she was doing because she applied heavy pressure without targeting any knots. Don't accept someones money if you can't perform the specific treatment they are asking for. My muscles hurt more after they left when they came in and not in a way that felt like it would later help me. I honestly felt ripped off. She also spent little time on my lower body in general and she forgot to massage both calves. It was the most haphazard massage. Icing on the cake was having another customer snore so loud I could barely hear the music so not even relaxing.
