  Special thanks to Ann Pham and HUGO from Kim Travel. The travel agent is helpful and sweet. The tour guide is funny, I like his fish source accent. We had Cu Chi tunnel and Mekong Delta one day tour. We enjoy the tour, and had a great time.

  All the arrangements were good, and all transitions were hustle free and smooth. Ms Ann was always very proactive in response and customizing our visit based on our requirement. Our tour guide, Brandon in Danang was very good and we enjoyed his company. I would recommend Halu Vietnam Tours to all people who wants luxury vacation without any stress. What's Not Good: Hotel we stayed were very good but breakfast option was not Indian friendly. Everything had Pork and Beef. They can include some better options in chicken and fish and vegetarian.

  I just got done with my three weeks trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. I had a fantastic trip greatly due to Miss Ann who is with Halu tour group. She is attentive and detailed oriented. From the planning stage, she worked our group coordinator to make sure the budget is affordable for our large group. It isn’t easy to please everyone when you are dealing with a large group, but my friends and I hands down were blown away by Miss Ann’s services. BTW, this isn’t my first trip to Vietnam. The last time, I planned the trip through online research such as trip advisor, YT, and Reddit. I have to admit that having a travel advisor is night and day better. Miss Ann took the guess work out of travel and tailored the trip to what our groups interests were. From the time we arrived at the airport to the many transfer between cities via private shuttles and flights within the country, there were ushers and drivers awaiting us without fuss. Miss Ann is very well connected with local guides and hotels so we got not only a great experience but also great prices!!! This certainly will not be the last time to Vietnam, but certainly I will not be back without first contacting Miss Ann to plan my trip. Thank you!!!

  With Mai assistant, we have a chance to see the beautiful places such as Mekong, Chu Chi and Mui Ne during our travel. She is very warm and kind as well as patience. She explained all the plan details with the prices which is reasonable range. If you are planing to travel not only Ho Chi Minh also other cities from Vietnam, I would recommend to chose this Halu Vietnam Tour.

  I found Halu Tours through Google and, to be honest, I was initially a little worried about booking with a company I had found online. However, that concern disappeared, and choosing Halu Tours turned out to be a really good choice. From the very beginning, Ms. Han was very responsive, patient, and dedicated in helping us plan our trip. The vehicles, drivers, and tour guides arranged by the team were all excellent. While there were a few hiccups along the way, I understand that on-ground logistics can sometimes be challenging, especially when working with freelance drivers and guides. What truly stood out was the support from Ms. Han and Ms. Sara. They were always available throughout our journey, ensuring smooth airport transfers and promptly assisting whenever needed. As we are vegetarians, they made sure we had hot Indian vegetarian meals! Meeting Ms. Han in person and hearing her story was particularly inspiring. Learning that Halu Tours is a women-led company made the experience even more special. It's wonderful to see women entrepreneurs building successful businesses and creating memorable travel experiences for families. A big thank you to the entire Halu Tours team for your professionalism, care, and dedication. I wish you continued success and hope you continue making a positive difference in the journeys of many more families.
