  We have an enjoyable holidays in DaNang and Hoi An especially Ba Ba Hill, boat ride at Cam Thanh coconut village Tra Que village and Nghe Rice paddy field cafe.Thanks to Ms Hoa for planning the itinerary and meals for us with many senior people in the group. She is very efficient and understanding of our needs. Our tour guide Mr Guy is very professional who speaks English and Mandarin and took many nice photos for us. The van driver is a nice guy too.

  I get my mui ne day trip with this agency. The travel agent, Bich Tuyen was very attentive, she also give some tips and tricks in Vietnam which ease our trip in Vietnam alot! Will repeat

  Booked a day trip to Cu chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta. The pickup and drop off was on time and fantastic. The tour guide was the best I’ve ever seen, “Lam”, the tour guide was informative, funny and right on schedule. He named us the “banana” group when he needed us to convene.

  We had a great 2 days tour in SAPA guided by Mr.Duy who spoke English . He is not just knowledgeable but caring, considerate and patient. This is our first time touring on motorbike. We really enjoyed biking to Silver waterfall,love waterfall. We covered Ta Phin to witness the daily life of the Red Dao and Black Hmong minorities. The riding up and down hills were both refreshing and breathtaking. On Day 2, we went up Fansipan but unfortunately it rained and many of it's views were obscured by the mist.The Rong may glass bridge offers a spectacular views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range. Despite the rain,the grounds were slippery, Mr.Duy remained professional and ensure our safety at all times. We highly recommend Mr. Duy as your preferred guide in SAPA!

  Would recommend this place for your tours in HCMC, visited the branch near Ben Thanh Ward District 1. Save yourself time with all the haggling tour operators. This place was the cheapest I found after half a day walking around the city.The lady I dealt with was Ms Hoa Duong. She was really kind helpful, not just about the tours but for onward travel, Visa information, general safety and prices for items around the area. I ended up booking the cu chi tunnels, Mekong Delta tour, onward travel here and was very pleased with the service I received.

  We loved the tour it was excellent. Everything was well organized and we enjoyed everything from the biking to the cooking class and Mekong delta. Our guide Ronald was amazing!!! Overall excellent experience and I would recommend it.

  We got lured inside by nice flyers with description of tours (with prices, cheaper than anywhere else we've seen) that were displayed outside of the office. Hoa, very nice lady in the office explained the tour, and answered a few extra questions we had about Ho Chi Minh City. She was extremely nice. We booked the one day tour for Mekong Delta. The tour got outsourced to Kim Delta Travel and it was great. I saw some other reviews where the tours were outsourced to worse travel agencies, so I think we got a bit lucky like that. Might be worth to ask who will be actually handling your tour, although I'm not sure if Inner Vietnam can give you that info beforehand... We had nothing to complain about, our booking was handled well, the price was great and everything was fine

  A small and humble shop on the street, but the ever-smiling and friendly Ms. Hoa Duong gave us a price that felt reasonable—and the best deal compared to other agencies we visited. The trip went smoothly, and I truly hope many others will support this lovely lady!
