  Oh my god. What an experiance the way Spring Tourist team handled our plan for Danang. It was awesome experinace and very accomodating as per individual and group itinerary. Really appreciate and thanks for Sarah from Ho chi Minh office to arrange our trip with one of best rates as compared with others. Infact she helped with best price for our currency exchange. I can see decision within there team are really very fast to go with customer delightness. Wishing Spring Tourist team , all the best and looking forward to other trip plan with tthem in future.

  Sara helped me with booking 3 day trips and also an overnight bus to Hoi An. The currency exchange is a good rate for USD. Everything was very smooth. Highly recommended.

  We have been traveling throughout Vietnam yearly for the last 4 years and each time we have used the service provided by Spring Tourist agency. Sarah has been meticulous with all of our bookings and has always followed up with any assistance required to amend any changes or cancellations. She always exceeded our expectations and always provided timely assistance and solved any booking problems before we even knew of time changes or service cancellations (such as ferry service cancellations). Any tourist in HCMC should have confidence to utilize Sarah's assistance at the Spring Tourist agency. Thank you Sarah and see you next year.   Splendid service! We got to avail next-day and same-day tour services, thanks to Ms Sara who was very proactive and helpful in arranging our last-minute bookings. We got to visit Cu Chu Tunnels, as well as a private city tour. Our tour guides for both arrangements were equally fantastic and kind— shoutout to Mr. Bao and Mr. Hung!

  A wonderfull evening for a cruise on the Saigon river but the top is the support and service of agency. We have a problem with phone but Sarah helps us with driver and to follow us during the trip. Thank you for me the valutation is 10 with lode!
