  I am highly satisfied with Bankervn's service! I am a Filipino living in Saigon, and I needed to get a visa for South Africa on a very tight timeline before my flight. Ms. Mai was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Even when a small problem came up, she handled it flawlessly and made sure I got my visa right on time. If you need a reliable visa service, I highly recommend them!

  Good service and very nice staff that gave you comfortable not too pushing even I asked them several times before submit visa. Well organized process that helps you a lot to save time. I just need to send them some main documents and they can do the rest well and fast. Highly recommend for KR Visa and will be back with more countries' visa!

  I had a good experience getting South Africa Visa for me and my daughter with Ms. Mai, she does not talk much but she knows what she is doing, only needs to send the original documents, she will do the rest, first I did not believe I will get 90 days visa as I ask for, but trust them! I got it. I will definitely go with Banker whenever I need to apply for visa.

  This was the worst experience in my life. I went to this agency because it has 5 stars and good reviews online. All I needed is a visa to HongKong which I had traveled to before few years back, so there shouldn't be any problems getting it. The manager ms HOA, by looking at my documents, promised me that this visa will be 100% approval for 1 entry. After quite a while I asked her how was the Visa going and if I should buy a plane ticket now. She said " YES, you can buy a ticket now." So I assumed everything is ok with my visa SO I bought a ticket. Just before my flight date I had to message and ask her is my visa ready for pick up. And only after I asked her she said that my visa got rejected. I already paid 6,835,000vnd (about $300) for the plane ticket and I could not refund it anymore for such a short notice. When I came back to agency to talk to them she got all defensive and said it was my fault for buying a ticket. What????!!!!!! If she didn't LIE to me and said that I could buy a ticket I would have NEVER purchased it! And she is trying to blame me??? I tried to get a refund for the ticket that SHE told me to buy,but she only gave back 2,000,000 which is not even half of what I paid!!!! I want the rest of my money back and you should take FULL responsibility for what you did Ms Hoa!
