  Used IzyViet for a visa run package. The visa itself was processed quickly, no complaints there. Full marks for the paperwork. The customer service, though, is where things get creative. When I asked to modify just the transport portion of the package, a full month before the trip, I was told the driver had 'already been arranged.' Remarkable efficiency for a booking four weeks out. Grab manages to find a driver in four minutes, but apparently IzyViet's drivers are locked in the moment you pay, like some kind of quantum entanglement. It took considerable back-and-forth before anyone thought to check with a manager, who turned out to be perfectly reasonable. Which makes you wonder why the frontline approach is to channel the energy of a Vietnamese customs officer who's just been asked to smile. The visa processing was fine. The rigidity wasn't. Other expats should know: once you've paid, expect the refund policy of a Las Vegas casino, and bring your negotiating shoes if plans change. Even slightly. Two stars. One for the visa. One for the manager who eventually appeared like a reasonable adult at a children's party.
