  I've had experience with other agency, the experience was precisely in contrast to the one I have with Jane SNVI. Jane SNVI is exceptionally efficient , and the best visa agency I’ve ever worked with in Vietnam. Anna is an amazing woman. She answers every single question thoroughly to make sure I understand the entire procedure, and she treats clients with genuine respect. This is COMPLETELY CONTRARY to what I experienced the first time I applied for residency. Jane SNVI is the best place to go for visa advice and for handling long-term residency applications. There are limited visa-service options in Thảo Điền, but Jane SNVI is the ONLY agency that is trustworthy, high-class, and professional. I am fully aware of the visa-agency options in Thảo Điền. To ensure that your application can be handled appropriately, efficiently, and avoid the drama caused by foolish, delusional and disorganized thinking , you must go directly to Jane SNVI. Otherwise, the low-tier services in Bùi Viện are still miles ahead in efficiency compared to the alternative option in Thảo Điền. Therefore, Jane SNVI is the only reasonable option for long term residency. Let’s put it this way: if you want to keep your peace of mind while enjoying life in such a wonderful town, you need to deal with the right people.

  This place is great. Note: they relocated to another part of D2 about a year ago. The photos are of the old location. I recently went on a visa run to Cambodia that they organized, and it went smoothly. They take all the complications out of the process. I recommend highly.

  The most reliable and reputed visa service in Vietnam! I’ve been using them for visas since around 2016, all through the uncertain pandemic times, and also after everything reopened with the new e visa system. They’re always amazing with communication and you can expect accurate information, smooth process, and timely service. Can’t recommend highly enough!

  I wholly recommend this company for all your visa requirements, they are just awesome. I have used them for tourist, business and TRC with no problems and very good prices. Their staff are polite, professional and speak excellent English. They also rent motorbikes, again an excellent service always ensuring your bike is up to the rigours of Saigon. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience with this company (Jane SNVI) over this past year. Being my first year in Vietnam I followed the recommendations of other well seasoned ex-pats to use SNVI and I’m very glad that I did. My agent was Jenny Dinh a highly effective, efficient, and professional young lady with a sweet and caring personality. She provided top notch service on my journey to obtaining essential documents and status.   The most reliable visa service in Saigon. After trying some other providers I discover SNVI and stay with them. Super honest and warm people always ready to help you to navigate the complexities of moving to Vietnam. Expert level in all the areas they cover. Awesome service and the nicest staff.
