  Today, I had the pleasure of using Sunviet’s services for the first time. I needed to make a border run to obtain a fresh 3-month visa for Vietnam. I was thoroughly impressed with their efficiency and exceptional customer service. Early in the morning, I was picked up from my home and driven safely in a comfortable car to the border. There, their agents greeted me with VIP services and handled all the necessary paperwork and procedures. By early afternoon, I was back in my apartment in Ho Chi Minh City, feeling grateful for the hassle-free experience. Thank you Mr Johnny and Staff

  Johnny from Sunviet was a great help given my situation. I'm in Ho Chi Minh applying for a Thai Visa which I assumed would take me 2 weeks so my Viet Evisa ended 12 May. I found Sunviet via recommended Google search and whilst their fees are higher than other agencies, Sunviet are thorough and it was stress free on my end. I had already purchased tickets dated 12 May for border bounce out and back into Vietnam via Cambodia. Johnny helped me get my Viet Evisa back into Vietnam processed well under 2 hours while I waited at the border. Fast, efficient and Johnny always kept me updated and provided clear instructions on what I need to do. So his fee is worth paying. I would more than likely go through Johnny again for any urgent visa matters.

  I have been using Johnny and his competent team's service for years. Sometimes it's just to seek advise, and otherwise to procure a visa to other countries as a resident here. They're trustworthy and friendly, giving you a hassle free service. I am grateful for their assistance throughout these years and would recommend them to anyone needing their helping hand in Vietnam.

  Johnny and team came to my rescue when I was in an urgent need for a Vietnam eVisa that I was not able to get myself. If you have previously entered Vietnam by cruise ship, there is a chance that the cruise ship did not process your Vietnam exit stamp correctly and Vietnam may think you are still in their country. This happened to me with the Princess Cruise company and has happened to many others as well. I tried many ways to get the Vietnam eVisa myself with proof provided but it was not successful. I was already traveling overseas and needed the visa immediately. Johnny and team came to the rescue and cleared this error immediately so I can enter the country again. Johnny and team have so much experience with handling complicated issues like this and I am truly grateful for their service. On top of getting my visa immediately, they also helped with a VIP fast track service to enter the country quickly, avoiding the 2 hour immigration line when arriving at the airport. They made everything so smooth for me and my group. I highly recommend them and wished I worked with them sooner to save all the headache. Thank you Johnny and Sunviet team!!

  I've been using SunViet's services for almost 15 yrs & they have always been extremely reliable, provided very useful, well-organized services, from help with various visas to transportation, visa runs & VIP airport services. I've used all of those things & have recommended them to others. Just recently my mom & my friend both used Sunviet's VIP airport services, both entry & exit, and both were very satisfied with their experiences, and will use them again. I hightly recommend anyone to use Sunviet for any of their services.

  Changed from having an old passport to a new one. Having had a WP and RC on the old one, and going to a tourist visa on the new passport. Sunviet gave me the correct advise, waited patiently for me to get everything in order, then assisted in the executive at the border in about 2 hours in total. Wow! Had I listened to other agents things may not have gone so smoothly.

  Everything here costs 2X the normal price. Even when something is supposed to be free, they'll often add a service charge for it. If you're using Sun Viet for a visa or any document related service, make sure everything is in writing. Don't accept vague or ambiguous answers and ask for clear, specific responses. They may tell you they can handle everything in order to secure the job and collect your deposit. However, the actual process can end up taking much longer than expected, and if any issues arise, you be asked to pay additional fees to resolve them. Also, don't let poor English be used as an excuse for unclear communication. If something is important, insist on a written explanation so there is no misunderstanding later. I learned my lesson with them! Those 5 star comments and 16 years experiences in this business was a joke!
