She and her team worked very quickly, assisting us with procedures and translating documents promptly so we could stay on schedule.   Wonderful experience with Visana and its staff. In addition to fast and effective services, the staff quickly responded to all of my concerns even during weekends and evenings when I prepare application documents and other things regarding my trip.   I got the support from Ms. Nga, Ms. Linh and Mr. Cuong from Visana to obtain the Turkish visa and Schengen visa. I like Visana with the professional and thoughtful services and staffs. And they have many packages for visa application. Visana is truly for Vietnamese people to travel around the world. Thank you Visana very much!

  I have applied for a French visa by availing the services of Visana, once in January this year and just recently. In both the times, I have found their services impeccable, timely and supremely efficient. I would like to thank Miss Nga for her methodical and extremely professional guidance at every step of the application process. She was always available for my queries and solved them in a timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction. I would also like to thank Miss Thảo and Miss Lang for accompanying me to the TLS center and helped me in the submission of the visa application. Their enthusiasm, energy and courteousness are like a breath of fresh air.

  Nhân viên tư vấn chán. Nhắn hỏi khách, khách trả lời xong thôi không có phản hồi lại luôn. Không hiểu training kiểu gì luôn, nhắn tin với khách cực kì thiếu chuyên nghiệp. ———- The staff here is very unprofessional. They left me on seen after I replied them via message. What’s the point of asking your customers questions if you’re not going to help them and just leave them on seen? Utterly unprofessional and they charge a pretty hefty price here too compared to other visa services but really for this level of unprofessionalism, the price tag doesn’t justify it. Please educate and provide training to your staff. Wasting your customers time is not it.
