  The gym is spacious and clean. The instructors are attentive, friendly, and dedicated to helping students improve. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the classes are enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  If you're into wellness, then you know about the third space. Not work, not home, but a location where you the problems of the world go to dissapear. At Lazy Wellness you'll find refreshment physically, mentally, and emotionally. This establishment is much like the owners, they do it all! Services include yoga, pilates, barre, refreshments, and language club. Come for relaxation, a challenge, or even inspiration!

  I had such a great barre class at this beautiful and clean studio. The instructors Sammy and Lilo were incredible and super sweet. They gave me a lot of great instruction and spoke English to help me feel comfortable and confident and I was able to follow the movements easily. They also have a very cute cafe with healthy bowls. Sammy and Lilo made me feel super welcome and offered many other recommendations in Saigon for food and activities. They are extremely fit and sweet and I highly recommend checking this beautiful studio out for barre, yoga and Pilates. I will definitely come back.

  Phòng tập chuẩn Wellness. Không gian thoáng mát, sạch sẽ. Các HLV dạy nhiệt tình lắm. Dưới tầng trệt còn có quầy nước và đồ ăn healthy ngon lắm lun. 💯💯💯
