  What a place! Side of the road street bar with cheap, but great quality drinks. If you're looking to be entertained, here is the right place. Happy is an absolute G, he can rap for days and the man is the Vietnamese Bruce Lee. Good vibes all round, would highly recommend!

  Happy is the greatest entertainer and bartender known to man if you want a friendly very casual outdoor drink and to make some friends, this is a great stop. Only hip hop themed bar I’ve been to in Vietnam. Happy is the man!

  Magical. The owner, Mr Happy, is such a great guy and one of the best known in Vietnam. He opened this little place to connect different people through music, rap, beers and cocktails, and his sympathy. If you are in Hue a must stop

  By far the best bar in Hue (maybe even Vietnam)!! Li and Viet are the best guys to drink and listen to hop hop with! The bar has the cosiest vibe in a great location, I'll be coming back for sure!

  If you want to chill out in the evening visit this small street bar. So, think good cart selling Bahn mi, except it is a handful of cocktails, beer & soft drink, playing cool music. The batman Vui is a good guy not trying to sell you things you don't want. He's not hassling people to sit down . Prices the really good. Let also say I love a Cube Libre. Vui does scrum & coke...with lime that equal any Cuba Libre that I've had. ... I've also had far too many Cuba Libre in Havana Cuba.. they're that good Do your self a favour visit have a few drinks & enjoy The bar is open most nights from 2000pm - 0300 am...later if lots of customers....maybe 0500 ( before COVID). Address is 08 Pham Ngu Lau street

  Very laid back bar/lounge located directly on the street, the owner is awesome and goes above and beyond for his customers. If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend checking it out!

  Absolute legends, viet is a champion. Great vibes, cheap beers, good cocktails. Good spot for a couple pre drinks before hitting the town
