Great service! The staffs are super supportive and friendly. The drink is also great!

Honestly, the drinks at this brand are extremely good and suit my taste perfectly. And the location of the shop is right in a famous tourist spot in Hue therefore, it's very suitable for a tourist like me.

Very buzzy place for coffee with good views to the river. Lots of locals taking photos of themselves here. Coffees were fine - could be stronger.

The biggest highlight of PheLa, in my opinion, is the view. It offers a beautiful spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset, making it one of the most popular cafés in the area for photos and relaxing scenery. Because of that, the café is almost always crowded. If you’re hoping to get one of the best seats or capture some great photos, I highly recommend arriving early in the morning or a little before sunset. The prime spots tend to fill up quickly, and without arriving early, it can be difficult to find a table with a good view. As for the drinks and menu, they’re quite consistent with other PheLa branches I’ve visited. Since it’s a franchise, the quality and offerings are fairly standardized. Everything is good, but there wasn’t anything that particularly stood out compared to other locations. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, which I always appreciate. The café is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to reach, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. My only real drawback is how crowded it can get, especially during peak hours. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. The view alone is worth visiting, especially if you enjoy watching the sunrise or sunset with a coffee in hand 😌

The drinks we ordered were good. The shop was extremely crowded and loud. Especially be aware of magical tricks. I gave a 200k bill for the order of 148k. The staff asked if we have change. We said no. He said a 20k is fine. So we gave him an extra 20k bill. After few minutes, he gave us back all 5k and 2k bills. I was like why you ask for my 20k and gave me back all small bills. The worst thing was when I counted the bill at counter, I received 60k back, not 72k. He gave extra changes after I confronted.

Good coffee and tea, very nice staff. But I had to pay 20k for motorbike parking. That didn’t feel fair. Coffee is 50k while the parking is 20k. That’s ridiculous.

Very loud both inside and outside. Outside is a very busy street with a lot of traffic noise and fumes, inside is too cold because of the air conditioning
