Went there to get the vaccination certificate. The staff spoke some English and they were very helpful. Asked to come back in 2 hours to collect the certificate.

Got my 5th dose of rabies vaccine here, smooth process. Not the cheapest for Vietnam prices but still good (405,000 vnd per shot). Staff helpful.
