Have a small cut here and get infected. So I am here for a vaccine injection and also clean up of my wound. The staff speaks english here and I come here alone without any inconvenience. Dont know about the price as I never been to hospital before but I do check up online about what is the potential treatment I will get. Was sent to emergency sector for quick treatment. Everything goes all right. Highly recommend.

During my brief two-day visit to Hue, I continued my acupuncture regimen at this esteemed facility. Upon informing the physician of my limited stay, he professionally recommended catgut embedding therapy, a treatment I promptly verified through consultations with Gemini AI, Perplexity, and ChatGPT prior to proceeding. Exceptional Execution The physician and assistants executed the procedure with remarkable efficiency and seamless precision. Remarkably, five days post-treatment, the therapeutic effects remain pronounced, attesting to its superior efficacy. Strong Endorsement I wholeheartedly endorse this hospital's Eastern medicine department, where fees represent a mere fraction of comparable U.S. costs.

When you’re away from home and need access to medical services, the IMC is an amazing support. I went twice during my two week stay and both times I saw a specialist and accessed ultrasound services with absolutely no delays. And this amazing service all starts at reception. Kieu Trang welcomed me with a big reassuring smile. She registered and guided me through the process. Whenever I had queries, I simply returned to her and she directed me to my next appointment. I can’t thank her enough. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending the IMC and the wry kind and helpful Mrs Kieu Trang.

I experienced an incident and required emergency care January 2026. The emergency care staff were excellent. The nurse who cared for me was extremely professional and kind. The surgeon did an exceptional repair of my leg injury. I can't thank you all enough. I am very impressed with this hospital as a health care professional myself.

Amazing place, had an emergency where I couldn't walk on one leg, extreme pain. Turns out it was serious gout. The staff immediately got me on a wheelchair, wheeled me around with utmost care. Doctors were knowledgeable, accommodating and kind, facilities were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Consultation, blood tests, scans and meds were around $90. I spent less than two hours there, mostly due to waiting for blood test results. Wish my own country had hospitals like this!

had a small bike accident and decided to get checked out at the hospital. arrived 7pm. at ED I was almost immediately taken by a nurse to the international medical center in a golf cart. at the IMC I was immediately given a bed to wait at while my paper work was done. an english speaking nurse explained what was happening. waited about 25 minutes for the paper work. then was immediately seen. over the next two hours i had my blood taken, an abdominal ultra sound and about 8 x rays done. a doctor saw me and did some neurological tests. i stayed in the ward overnight. had another conversation with the doctor in the morning. all clear. had a bowl of pho, picked up my prescription and checked out. 4.8M VND. was given my film x-ray scans. a week later was sent the full medical report in english. staff were fantastic. the hospital felt very professional. not high class and fancy but clean and well run. a nurse told me that i’m paying about 4x what locals would be. thought it was reasonable. still much cheaper and much more efficient than the service i would receive in my home country NZ. thanks!

Good service for foreigners however you do pay quite a bit more than locals but you get to skip the line. I had a stomach issue and was a bit surprised the non invasive option costed more than the invasive one which the doctor was pushing. I think they doubled the price to persuade me to do the invasive one but I refused so just ended up paying for the other option which I'm not sure if they did right but it's been two months and I think I'm fine. Prices for that was standard to western prices but the invasive procedure was pretty cheap compared to the west

First, they keep your passport and test you. Then they will quote you FOUR TO FIVE TIMES the price for nationals for the same operation/techniques you need to do! Without any official documents stating that!!! Everythung is communicated verbally, so no traces left. All of them - doctors, nurses, and admins - are only up for 1 purpose: exploit as much money as they could from you! They don't care if you are in pain or need help. If you are a foreigner, landing there is just like a prey landed amongst a bunch of hungry lions. I was told that Vietnamese people are friendly and kind, but the people working at this hospital seem all to be cold-blooded. After we decided to leave this hospital to do the operation somewhere else, they proposed that "a doctor will come to see your family member to renegotiate the operation price." I was speechless. The hospital has become worse than the market, where people haggling and bargaining your life! As they see that we want to go, they try to play that they will retain all my personal medical reports and test results - tests that I paid for!!! They only get to move when my family members lose all the patience. Shame on them to call this a "hospital". If you wanna be exploited and treated like a piece of meat, alive or dead, here is the place to go.
