  We were only here for a short time to have a place to land in between our hotel and overnight train ride. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect for the price, very clean with a comfortable bed. Stairway up to the room is a bit narrow but nice for the cost overall

  Very friendly and super helpful staff. Can tell you exactly how to get around the city and where all the best places to visit are. They can also set up door to door transfers for travellers. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfy beds. Prime location that is a very short walk to all the good restaurants and street shops.

  Absolutely gorgeous room and service mind! We have arrived very late but the owners are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very large, clean and comfy. Just like 3-4 star hotel! Location was great. 2 mins to the main road tea shop and next to spa. We definitely go back!

  We stayed one night in Hue. This hotel/hostel is in the perfect location, about 3 minutes walk from walking street so there is plenty to do in the evening.||The room was super clean and had all the basic amenities. The bed was so comfy and both me and my partner had such a good night sleep after lots of walking around the citadel. ||The breakfast was really nice with quite a few options to choose from. ||The hosts are really helpful with booking any taxis or with recommending a nice place to eat too. ||Highly recommend!!

  We had a private room at this hostel and it was very clean and had a good atmosphere. It is a little away from the main area with lots of restaurants but you could easily walk there. Another note: we stayed at a few places during our time in Hue and you are able to find cheaper, equally as nice, rooms and places to stay. But overall, still a good option if you're struggling to find a room.

  Guys on the reception were super helpful and very knowledgable. We stayed with them only one night, but they helped us to explore all main attractions of the Hue. For few pounds you get nice, clean room with decent bathroom, breakfast, and prime location. You can book transfer to Hoi An with them in very good price.

  Sadly we only had one night to stay in Hue, thankfully we found Moon and Sun Hotel as our home for the night. From Check in to Check out the staff were very friendly and welcoming (Especially Duc, now known as Ducky). The rooms are very basic which isn’t a bad thing, as when you’re traveling in Hue I’d consider it poor form to stay cooped up in your hotel! Clean sheets, comfortable bed, fridge that keeps your drinks ice cold, spacious shower and a balcony on each floor for smokers and easy access to all that Hue has to offer!||Only advice that I will give is to make sure that the water heater in the bathroom is turned on well and truly in advance of your next planned shower. My partner was unfortunate enough to have to brave a cold shower, while I enjoyed the luxury of a nice hot shower!||All in all, a great little place to stay that is very reasonably priced.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff, especially Tuan, was very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Liked the location and the neighbors added to the local feel. While it was close to everything it was quiet at night. Highly recommend.
