  Excellent stay – relaxing and elegant I had a wonderful experience at Alba Spa Hotel. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere and is very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making the stay extremely comfortable. The spa facilities are a true highlight — very relaxing, professional, and well organized. The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to Hoan Hieu and all the staff for their kindness and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and everything felt fresh and well prepared. Overall, Alba Spa Hotel is a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a peaceful stay. I would definitely love to visit again.

  I had a wonderful stay at Alba Spa Hotel! 🏨 The rooms were excellent and so comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore. ✨ I especially enjoyed the incredibly relaxing spa experience by D. NHI. 💆‍♀️ Highly recommend! 😊

  Had the most wonderful stay here, the Onsen experience was incredible. We really appreciated all the delicious teas and drinks we were served along the way. Breakfast was great. Totally recommend the high wires and zinelines while you are here. We stayed two nights but wished we stayed another! Especially to try all the opportunities around the resort.

  Wonderful stay at Alba Spa hotel. The room very clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Very nice spa and good massages. Breakfast had good choices of nice food, both local and continental. Huyen was very nice and welcoming to us. Thank you

  The rooms are absolutely beautiful—incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The overall service is fantastic, and the mornings were a real highlight. The breakfast spread has so many delicious options to choose from, and our server, Anh, was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to be helpful. Highly recommend!

  Excellent 3 night stay at Alba Spa Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, well setup, the bed is large and comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. The service is excellent, the staff has answers to all your questions and are really there to help. The location is perfect, walking distance from many things but still with a local feel. Excellent food and coffee shops nearby. The spa is also very nice, great jacuzzi (hot and cold bath) and good massage.

  Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

  We arrived after a long train ride from HCMC and unfortunately my wife had fever and felt very bad. The receptionist Linh was exceptionel caring and helpfull as she also spoke very good english. The Hotel was clean and the staff friendly however in the dining area very little english was understood or spoken so very basic needs were difficult to get right. The hotel is situated in area from where it is easy to walk to many of the very interesting attractions in Hue and we enjoyed the stay taken the difficulties into account which included doctors visit and a short hospital visit as well as going to doctor. All asked to by Linh and other caring Receptionists employees.
