  This is a great hotel in the heart of Hue, conveniently close to everything. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The included buffet breakfast is a highlight, offering a wide variety of authentic local dishes alongside Western options. The bar prices are surprisingly reasonable for a four- to five-star hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. They are also flexible with late check-out, with a small additional fee. The atmosphere is kind of nice, family oriented. Surprisingly, they have many more English speaking staff than many hotels in US.

  the room and bathroom was clean.big room air conditioned. breakfast was decent..not halaal. however coffee was decent...yoghurts and fruits provided. the staff was friendly.

  We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a large choice for breakfast (best so far of all hotels in Vietnam). I also liked the pool area, great for relaxing.

  We had a wonderful stay at EMM Hotel Hue. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Housekeeping was outstanding—the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and all amenities were replenished promptly. Thank you to the entire EMM Hotel team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue and look forward to staying here again.

  We stayed here for two nights. We were able to check in early (a huge relief after arriving on the overnight train) and we were given an upgrade to a VIP room. Hue was a rest stop for us and EMM hotel was just what we needed. The rooms cool and clean and the bed huge. The pool area with bar was the perfect place to chill. The staff were just lovely. Warm, welcoming and friendly. They really care about this place. We ate at Viet Spice next door/attached (the shared platter was delicious) on our first night. Breakfast was generous and served in a lovely space. It’s a little way out with a 15 minutes walk to the nearest bars/restaurants. We also walked the 15 minutes across the river to the Imperial City. I highly recommend EMM in Hue.

  The pick-up from Hue Airport worked wonderfully. The driver waited with our name tag in the arrivals area and took us safely and quickly to the EMM Hotel Hue. There we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. A very nice, quiet room on the 8th sit room. Floor with a view of the city rounded off our stay. The pool is surrounded by greenery and offers wonderful relaxation after an exhausting sightseeing tour. The entire staff is extremely attentive and offers efficient service. Personal wishes with regard to private tours are realized immediately to the fullest satisfaction. We felt almost included in a family and can definitely recommend this hotel. Should our way lead us to Hue again, we will be very happy to come back.

  We stayed at the Emm Hotel for 3 nights in Hue. Walking distance to most attractions which was amazing. The hotel has am amazing pool area and a bar which due the the high temperature during the day we took advantage off regularly. Breakfast was included but was limited and we didn't really like the coffee offered but there is 2 local coffee shops just outside of hotel. Onsite restaurant but didn't try but guests received a 10% discount if you dined whilst staying. No gym on site. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

  The hotel did not let us modify our booking of two nights. I understand the first night, since it was late in the evening when I requested the cancellation, but the second night at least since they knew ahead of time, it was not an unintentional no show. We barely missed our flight and quickly had to re plan and push the date. We still wanted to go to Hue and to this hotel as we'd done research to find it, but they were not willing and not communicative to help modify or move our dates of stay to a future date. I had already paid. It's upsetting that they basically just pocketed that money. Additionally, I know that it's low season, so there were many other vacant rooms as well, it was not that I was taking rooms from another person who could have not otherwise booked. It's not that I was not going to come.Anyway, we still ended up going a week later, spending extra on top of our losses at the airport, and was hoping that we could renegotiate at reception. They still dismissed my request, and instead offered a discounted rate of 750k VND per night, which is a little less than what I paid initially, and just 50k VND less than the prices that day per room; still in total I spent nearly 4 nights worth for two nights of a stay. It was an alright hotel. Of course, I am petty about this.Concrete advice, I appreciate the reused water bottle glasses in the room however when I opened the lid there was mildew on them so I did not feel like it was healthy to drink. Instead, what's better would have been refill stations on that floor to walk out and refill our glasses ourselves.The view was good,- wish the closet light could be turned off / was not sensor activated.- shampoo pump did not work well, had to open the bottle to use.- breakfast buffet was alright. Not worth booking just for it.- restaurant was pretty good but the portion sizes in my opinion were small for the price.
