  Hue is a busy city but we found this little inn on a quiet back alley near the river in the Phú Hội neighborhood. There are a million great coffee shops and restaurants near us. It’s sometimes hard to find a hotel with 2 Queen sized beds in one room, but we have that here + a great view and a little balcony. The beds are comfy and the linens are nice too. The people that work here are fantastic. There is a good cooked breakfast every morning and they helped us arrange a car & driver to see the city. One note: you have to walk down 2 long blocks with your luggage to get to the hotel. These are pedestrian-only streets.

  We loved this hotel! We checked in pretty late at night, and the staff member on duty was very kind and accommodating. He brought us mango juice and took our bags up to the room. The room itself was very spacious with a balcony and a huge window! The bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was very comfy, and one of the best we’ve slept on during our 2 month trip. The hotel has included breakfast served from 7am-any time! We were leaving that day and they kindly offered us more food! It was also raining and they offered to walk us to our taxi with an umbrella. Our stay here was short but truly memorable and the staff were unbelievably hospitable. I couldn’t recommend more.

  This a real gem in Hue. We loved it from the moment we were welcomed by Laura. She is the heart and soul of Hue 4 Seasons Hotel and takes care of her guests in an extraordinary way. From the first minute you can relax and leave everything to her. Her breakfast is excellent, prepared directly to order. The rooms with balcony are great and offer a nice view over the city. She has brand new bicycles to rent, and we made a nice trip along the river side, which I can highly recommend. We would have loved to stay longer because it felt so good. If ever back in Hue we will stay at Lauras Hotel again for sure. Once again, thank you Laura for this wonderful experience.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hue. The room was spacious and bright, with large windows and a lovely small terrace. The bed was firm and very comfortable, with great pillows, which made for excellent sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was outstanding—very generous, diverse, and delicious. The location is perfect: situated in a quiet side street, yet only a 5-minute walk from the walking street and many great restaurants. As a small downside, we had hot water on the first day, but only lukewarm water on the second and third days. This didn’t really bother us since the weather was very hot. The pool was also quite cold. However, these minor issues did not take away from the overall experience. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and we highly recommend it. Thank you very much for a great stay!

  This little gem is tucked in a quiet street off from nearby busy walking street, surrounded by equally charming several homestays. The hostess and her family who seem help running the business make you feel welcomed with smile on their faces. The room is bright & clean, and made-to-order breakfast is included with the stay. And at the current going rate, I would stay here again when I come back to this little, historic, buzzling town of Hue.

  I had a great stay at the Hue Four Seasons Hotel in Hue, Vietnam. Laura and Michael were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They upgraded my room and even gave me extra breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made the stay special. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue. Thank you again, Laura and Michael, for the hospitality!

  Laura is an amazing woman, she made our stay a very special experience, nothing was too much trouble and she was always smiling. Rooms clean and spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious especially the pancakes. Perfect location for getting around on foot.

  A hotel run by a couple which was cute. The wife was really accommodating and even gave us a larger room with a better view for free. It's great for people on a budget who don't expect anything special. Overall a decent place especially considering the low price per night.
