  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The pool area was a highlight—the water was crystal clear, making for a very refreshing swim. The location is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat from the city buzz. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. We must offer the highest praise to the young lady at the reception desk. She was incredibly, genuinely, and sincerely sweet, kind, and caring, embodying the renowned gentle manners characteristic of people in Hue, Vietnam. Her service came straight from the heart, and she truly surprised us with her kindness and smile. We want to commend her efforts from the bottom of our hearts! The breakfasts were also delicious and offered a great start to the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hue!

  I came there evening. Staff welcome me happy.. staff is very friendly and attentive. Ready to help. Room is good. Food very good. From city grab charge less than 100k dong. Transport is easy. They have motor bike rental. Free foot bicycles. Any time. I like it. Swimming pool is wonderful. Clean. Receptionists are best. Miss Thoai is also very helpful. I come next time also. 2026 May

  The staff was fantastic and so helpful. My son forgot his AirPods and they put in a lot of effort to get them back to us at our next destination. The hotel is very good value for money and located close to the bars and restaurants in the city. Recommended!

  Quite a new hotel that is located in a quiet area of Hue. Right from our arrival, we were made feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed it. The rooms are large and comfortable. Rooms are very clean. The bathroom would be one of the best designed bathrooms we had seen. Water actually ran to the outlet, as it should. The water pressure was very good. The bed was firm but comfortable. Laundry could be arranged through the hotel at a very good price. WiFi was fast and reliable. The hotel also rented out motorbikes if needed. The pool was a favourite spot for many of the guests in the evening's. The water quality was very good. It's a very good hotel with great staff, at a very reasonable price.

  Beautiful little Villa. Quiet and clean, great breakfast and exceptional service. Beautiful and clean pool area. Only a short taxi ride into the Imperial Palace, markets and boat pier.

  Tao and An at the front desk were very helpful. Always hospitable. Clean rooms, easy Grabs to town. Quiet with beautiful traditional area surrounding it. Beautiful locals with home cooking everywhere. Clean pool as well. Excellent value!

  The receptionist is very sweet, quite clean rooms, good water pressure. It's a bit difficult to enter by car, free bicycles. It's a bit too hot in the reception. But is a place I would recommend. Very good prices if you want to have breakfast there

  Rooms were nice and quiet big for Vietnam, had to ask to get room service done. (Dose say that at reception) pool area was good but had apartments looking on to it. In a nice quiet location.
