We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights. It is amazing and cannot find one area for improvement. The staff are totally amazing - they are the best! Breakfast is 5 star, cleanliness is 5 star, location is central to everything we needed and is situated in a very quiet lane. Our 2 favourite restaurants were within 200m. We even had great hair cuts at a salon recommended by the staff only 100m from the hotel. We had 2 early starts meaning we would miss breakfast. No problem, the staff had a takeaway breakfast prepared without us even asking. The hotel also organised our car and driver to travel from Hoi An to Hue. Thank you Serene Palace Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, everything was great. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The administrators were very attentive and helped me book exactly the room I wanted. The breakfast is buffet style, not huge, but very diverse. There are fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cereal, pastries, hot dishes, egg dishes, Vietnamese soup, etc. The location is excellent, very close to the river and walking street, just a couple of minutes on foot. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance. The room has everything you need It’s not luxury, but it’s very cozy and tidy. Some rooms have a bathtub, and the hot water works perfectly.

Our family recently spent 2 wonderful nights at Hue Serene Palace Hotel, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Tucked away in a peaceful alley right in the heart of the city, the location is absolutely perfect. It allowed us to easily stroll to amazing local cafés, restaurants, and famous spots like Dong Ba Market, while still offering a quiet retreat to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The family room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully prepared. What impressed us the most, however, was the staff. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure our kids were comfortable and gave us excellent recommendations for our itinerary. Another huge highlight was the complimentary breakfast. The selection was varied, fresh, and absolutely delicious—even our picky-eater kids enjoyed it every morning! If you are visiting Hue with your family, look no further. This hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

What a great choice in hotels in Hue. Located on a narrow alley way this limits traffic (taxi pickup) but with the benefit of being quiet. There is some construction going on on a nearby building during the day but otherwise quiet at night.||On trip advisor the hotel entrance shows the current look. If you google map it, it shows an outdated look which was not appealing. The new look is what really drew me in. So they did do a renovation of the hotel which was a big improvement||The only complaint is no air conditioning in the hallways and elevator.||The best for last is the staff, fantastic people! Special mention for Ms. Kelly who was attentive to us from the beginning to the end.

Warm & receptive service from start to finish. The staff are very hospitable, with particular shout out to Catherine for making our stay very comfortable and well looked after. ||The room is spacious, strong AC, very clean and a super comfy bed (one of the best we've experienced for quite some time!). ||Location is superior, stone's throw away from the main shops & restaurants, with plenty of mini marts for your every day items.

The hotel is located in a small alley, and there is currently a construction site across the street, so the view is not the best. However, the soundproofing is quite good, so it was still peaceful and comfortable during our stay.||The room was very clean, neat, and well-prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and always took great care of the guests with genuine hospitality.||A special thank you to the bellman, Phuong, who was super cute, helpful, and enthusiastic throughout our stay. His kindness and positive attitude really made our experience even more memorable. ❤️

I recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest. The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you.Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day.On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

We stayed at the Hue Serene Palace Hotel for five days. It is a perfect location off a busy street away from noise of bars and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and a very good value. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a variety of options. We had a wonderful stay, all the staff are so kind and welcoming. We especially enjoyed our time with Catherine. She was very sweet and helpful, sharing her knowledge of local customs and culture. We would stay here again upon returning to Hue Vietnam.
