  The rooms have everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. What really stood out to us, though, was the team – they were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Their restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on and impressed us even as Vietnamese guests. Considering the price, this place offers great value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

  We stayed twice at Jade Hotel in Hue and it was excellent both times. The hotel is very nice and comfortable with great breakfast. The staff are extremely kind, caring, and always ready to help. They really make you feel welcome and well taken care of. On top of that, the hotel is perfectly located in a good area. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

  I had a great time here while visiting Hue! Workers are very kind and attentive, they even helped me with complications with my next hotel to Da Nang! Without their help, I would've had a harder time getting to my next spot. They know English, French, and of course Vietnamese. Breakfast was served restaurant style; freshly made eggs, rice, and noodle dishes with options for fruit, pastries, and drink buffet style. Breakfast starts at 7am, which is later than other hotels, but everything was good and I dont mind sleeping in an extra hour. Rooms were clean, bed sheets were well made, bathroom is western style with a tub and overhead shower which I appreciated. The AC unit was aimed at one bed, so that side was dramatically colder, and the fridge was a little too full of beverages for purchase to put my own stuff, but those are small nitpicks. Location is good. Its not superb in my opinion, but its still close enough to talk to most of the things we were interested in, including a really good dessert place, the Vincom Plaza, and Namto coffee. Overall, this location is cozy and an incredible value. If you arent looking for a resort style hotel, this is an easy recommendation from me and I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Hue!   Really great staff in this hotel, they go above and beyond for you and the hotel offers some good services such as laundry and tour information. The breakfast here was one the best I’ve had in South East Asia! A good selection of dishes to choose from and made fresh to order as well as a fresh fruit buffet, pastries and juices etc to help yourself too. The location is good and you’re not far from the local attractions such as the old imperial city. There are shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Sadly the room I stayed in had terrible soundproofing and I could hear noise from the adjoining rooms and the corridor. But the facilities in the room were good and the shower was good too. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well. A decent place to stay for a couple of nights, just bring some earplugs if you’re wanting an early night or a lie in.

  Service was excellent, very friendly. Our night train wasn’t leaving until 20.30, but the hotel allowed us to stay until 20.00 at just 60% of the nightly room rate. Most hotels would charge the full rate.Hotel is located about a 5-10 minute walk from an area with many bars and restaurants and is about. 20 minute walk to the Ancient City.

  Looking for a place to store our bags for the day, we stopped in at Jade hotel to ask if there was anywhere to leave bags until our evening bus. The staff at the hotel said we can leave them but also come back and take a shower before our bus ride. So gracious and nice we cannot express our gratitude, they would not even let us pay them. Thank you so much!!!

  We enjoyed our stay at this gem of a hotel. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was a delight with a small buffet and a range of food cooked to order for which you could have as many dishes as you liked. |The hotel is positioned close to many restaurants and the river.|The staff were extremely helpful and caring. They organised trips and taxis to collect us from the airport and take us to our next hotel. The staff always checked our transport arrived to collect us and even walked out with us with umbrellas if it was raining.|This hotel was good value and we highly recommend it.

  Extremely kind and helpful staff. Big clean twin room. Best hotel breakfast we experienced in Vietnam. We were upgraded to a larger twin room at negligible extra cost as the standard one was a bit too small for us. Special thanks to Oah, Moon, Nhi and Son for their cheerful hospitality.
