  A big thank you to Nhi and Ha, on reception, for giving us such a warm welcome and to continue to be so happy and helpful throughout our stay. There was a slight hiccup with our reservation and the girls dealt with it quickly and efficiently - well done! We’d also like to say thank you to Hein who looked after us on the roof terrace/pool. She’s makes an excellent gin & tonic. The hotel is lovely and the we liked the decor of the room. Having the pool was a bonus and even though it’s small there’s always enough space for everyone with the ample seating areas. The location is fantastic being in a quiet alley which runs parallel to where all the action is - it’s perfect! Keep up the great work - highly recommended!

  We've just spent 2 nights at The Jade Scene Hotel. What a gem of a place. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was huge with a large bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast was plentiful, with eggs cooked to order. The location of the hotel is superb. It is situated in a very quiet road, just 100m from the busy area of walking street there are numerous restaurants, bars and street food vendors within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely stay again

  The hotel was recommended by ChatGPT as I had an evening videocall and I wanted to ensure I have a desk and good WiFi for the laptop. Everything was great with that as the WiFi is stable and fast. The room and the hotel was clean at all times and the staff is very kind and supportive. There was hot water for the shower and clean towels and bedsheets daily. The AC was also fine, cooling the room fast with ease, and there was a big TV screen if people wanted to watch something. There was also enough furniture to store clothes and things. The small fridge was also fine and they brought us water bottles and other things daily. The breakfast buffet and menu was also delicious with many options, including vegetarian meals coming directly from the kitchen, just informed the hotel in advance that you are vegan or vegetarian for that. The pool looks nice but we didn't use it and it has city views and tables with chairs. The location is great, very close to the walking street and the river with countless restaurants and cafes around it. The only negative part was that the room door was not soundproof and we could hear noise from the floor sometimes, like knocking doors and people talking. Not noise from the street or other rooms, though. So they may have to change the room door for that. We will be happy to stay at the hotel again in the future.

  I had a truly excellent stay at Jade Scene Hotel in Hue and can highly recommend it. The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was well maintained and made me feel relaxed from the first moment. What stood out the most to me was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and caring. This kind of genuine hospitality means a lot to me, and you can really feel that they want their guests to have a great experience. I was also very impressed by the breakfast. As a vegetarian who prefers Vietnamese food, they prepared fresh, delicious local dishes for me every morning in the kitchen. It was not only very tasty, but also more than enough… sometimes even too much to finish 😄 Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

  Wonderful stay in July 2025. We enjoyed the pool on the roof during the heat of the day (summer) when it was too hot to explore. Rooms were very nice. The hotel is located on a narrow street surrounded by restaurants, cafes, etc -- it was easy to walk to anywhere to eat. We did take a van (organized by the hotel) to the river to see the historic sites - it was very easy. The staff went above and beyond! They helped us book a boat down the river as well as a van to take our party to our next stop (Hoi An) in our Vietnam Trip. The breakfast was Wonderful! Definitely recommend -- I would stay here again.

  Our scheduled pick-up was unsuccessful but we did have a great experience hiring their driver for a half day private tour, Peter Quang did a great job. The room on the 7th floor was nice. However, the pool and bar area is on top of it so it was incredibly noisy. Luckily, they were able to move us to a different room. It's pretty loud in the hallways with other guest, I'd suggest shutting all the stair doors, that would help as it's kind of like an echo chamber. There's a few dogs that bark a lot a few building down, at times constantly day and night. Not the hotels fault but its worth noting. The room is very comfortable. Great bed and shower and a big TV. They staff are all incredibly friendly and eager to solve any issues. The breakfast is very basic, fresh to order eggs, one soup and some western sides along with other random items that are just sitting out without proper temperature control. Serving tongs people touch are placed on the friut exposing them to bacteria. The location is great, plenty of restaurants near by. The staff are the stars of the property, great job!

  I stayed here during a trip to Danang and Hue to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I was very happy that the room was decorated with cake and roses as a surprise. It was a wonderful hotel with such consideration. "Of course, the room was clean, very cute and nice." "When I come to Hue again, I would like to use it, and I would like to recommend it to my acquaintances."

  Fantastic location in the laneway with several restaurants nearby, along with massage, nail boutiques, a barber and a convenience store opposite. |We were met with a warm welcome on arrival with staff being attentive, friendly and accommodating for our entire stay. |Rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool level is awesome!
