  Wow!! This Kobi onsen was definitely a highlight of this trip ,the best hotel we've stayed in Vietnam!! It was more than what I expected, an amazing experience, we really enjoyed to stay here. Although it was a bit far away from a central Hue town,it is not a big deal as we had a great view. It was like a hidden gem. This place reminds me of Japan , excellent service, staff members were so friendly, Onsen was so lovely and relaxing, the breakfast buffet was delicious, etc! 10 out of 10!! I wish I could stay there for several weeks!!! We will definitely go back there again! Thank you so much, Kobi Onsen!!

  It was really nice stay hotel was comfy with tidy and spacious rooms. They have nice restaurant and overall nice surroundings of hotel with greenery and water. Breakfast was through week in form of alacarte menu and with buffet in weekend. Variation was great with plenty of options. Onsen was really great experience especially after whole day of walking. Distance of the hotel from the city is main - but it depends what you are seeking if you want quiet environment and great service go here. Speaking of service I want to thank to personal namely Mr. Quoc which stops by everytime was really nice and always prepared to help with everything you need. Need to thank also to other staff which was attentive and helpful with everything which make my stay really great. In short go there you will experience peace, good service and nice scenery.

  Such a lovely stay. We got the room with onsen access, where we were able to use the luxury onsen once per day. This one is gender segregated and has 8 different pools. Other experiences like the mud bath are extra charges. Rooms are large and spacious. The restaurant menu is expansive, so though we dined at the same restaurant multiple times it always felt different. Breakfast was also a nice spread. Service was really friendly and helpful.

  Staying here now for 5 nights . Everything is just perfect .As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staffs and helped us with our luggage's. Our room shows a very nice view of the koi pond. Choose 310 when you're here . Room is sound proof ,cant hear anything from the outside . Breakfast options are amazing ,cant get enough. We booked a room with access to luxury onsen . First time for us,me and my husband enjoys it so much .You get to experience hot spring ,sauna, steam ,cold bath ,soda bath ,jacuzzi . The staff in the onsen are very accommodating. Always greet you with a smile . Location maybe far from the town but they offer shuttle service to help you get there . The best for me is the wifi . I work remotely so its really a plus to have a good connection. We will keep enjoyung our stay here and we will surely comeback here(hoepfully) .

  Our family spent 3 days at Kobi Onsen, Huế and we think we made the right decision. The room and service is value for money. All are very good and professional. Much more than that, staff is very friendly, well-trained and enthusiastic. By this way, I would like to say thank you to MS Thùy Lan at Onsen. She was very kind, hospitality and gave us in detail the Huê tourism information. It was very helpful for person first time traveled to Huê like us. We are highly appreciated by Thùy Lan. The second person is Hằng Ny, she helped my family saving the precious moment by taking pictures. Their attitudes make my family feel very comfortable and warm when staying these days at Kobi. Thanks so much !!! P/S: If possible, please also add in some Viẹtnamese traditional workshops as the activities in resort.

  We loved it so much that it defies description! Everything was top-notch, the stuff were incredibly helpful and amicable, not like fake friendly but we felt genuine positive attitude 😊 the onsens were amazing! The food was also out of this world, the room was clean, big with an amazing view! We were able to recharge our batteries only in one night! We'll definitely come back and stay a little bit longer💙💙💙

  We had a wonderful time at Kobi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a drink on arrival and the concierge helped with the bags. The room was excellent, and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. We tried out the onsen itself and really enjoyed it, there are several pools inside and several outside of varying temperatures as well as a sauna and steam room. Everything looked clean and well maintained, and an attendant was always on hand to help. The breakfast has a nice selection of Asian and western cuisine and is very tasty. The only downside is the location; it's a little far from the main city so you need to take a car into town, but I can imagine this resort would be a lot less pleasant if it was in the middle of a city. I would definitely stay here again.

  Our experience at the hotel was more than we possibly could have expected before coming. First of all, the territory surrounded by the beautiful rice paddies is something absolutely unique. Garden, pool, a small lake, an artificial waterfall, lots of colourful fishes - it’s was so enjoyable to take a rest closer to nature from the hustle and bustle of the city.The other thing is the people: the hotel staff is simply excellent. Everyone we interacted with was willing to help and do their best to make us feel comfortable. It's difficult to single out anyone, as a great vacation is a team effort.Many thanks for our wonderful vacation!
